Luckily the time and date worked for me... But if you hear about an earlier date then please lmk!
This same thing happened to me with Morehouse and Meharry. I would reach out to them. Meharry told me it was due to the
tremendous volume of applications this time around for the limited number of positions available. I did not get to hear back from Morehouse though.
II received. IS. but what was weird was, I received the same email when they sent the secondary invite

Thank you! Yea so they actually sent me the secondary invite on 7/31 but I didn't even see it until 8/13 which is when I completed it
I think my LM is 68.3, low GPA high MCAT

Is there any way to see the interview date you chose after choosing it? I thought I took a picture but I can't find it 🙁

I only see two options for me. Sept 27th and Oct 2nd. Does anyone know if the interview time listed is in ET?

But still got that II, amazing how useless these tests are. Congrats!
Does Morehouse give everyone a secondary if you have an MCAT above a 498?
I would also email them if you didnt recieve one yet but reach their minimum requirements. I havent heard from them at all and after I emailed, I got a secondary 2 days later.
I received one the following day! Thank you for your help 🙂

Does this school have a “2 week deadline” for secondary turnaround?? Received my secondary a month ago and I’m trying to decide if it’s worth doing at this point.
not sure, but you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take my guy. You already paid for the primary so might as well send the secondary (unless you used FAP but even then it’s more worth to send it)

Do any current students know if Morehouse has any programs where medical students can interact with younger students, like mentoring, outreach, or teaching kids healthy practices? I feel like I have been all over the website and, though they have many pipeline programs, none of them seem to mention whether medical students can actually volunteer as a mentor in them. THe closest I found was residents and fellowships students, but nothing about MD students. Also, Morehouse has many research opportunities, but the site doesn't say if medical students can be involved in this. Say I wanted to research cancer. Is this only open to graduate students, or can a medical student participate?

Anyone who interviewed end of august (i interviewed 8/23) , did they say we would hear back in a month if im not mistaken ? Or do you think i should be waiting for the October 15th date

What kind of interviews are they? MMI or traditional/open or closed? I have mine in a few weeks and would appreciate any insight. Also how did you generally feel about your interview?

It is traditional and open file. In my opinion, it was very friendly and like a conversation, i didn’t feel nervous just have the usual questions prepared like why medicine etc. also it’s two separate interviews you will have during the day.

The interviews are more like 30 mins bc there’s alot of students they have to interview, it’s a full interactive day on zoom in between the interviews before we go into breakout rooms w the interviewer, you’ll see.
