the only emails I got from them were ones saying that they received my aacomas app which was the one that included the secondary (fee) link and then the payment received email

What time did you submit your fee on July 10th? EST

Is anyone still at 2 bars? Ive submitted as soon as I got the secondary and everything is in. Confused whats going on

I am. I called, they said it was because my LOR’s were in a packet so they have to go through and sort them, but there is a queue for the order

I paid the fee for the Philly campus, but the South GA campus is still asking me to pay a fee. Anyone else experienced this?

It says once you’ve paid for one campus, a fee waiver will appear for the other campus in 15 minutes. It’s been hours for me. Should I give them a few days, or just email them now?

I checked to see it said SOUTH Georgia, not simply Georgia. I also recieved confirmation of my payment for the Philly campus

I just waited an hour and it was fixed

How did you go about emailing them? I submitted payment 11 days ago, and it hasn't updated my portal yet. I don't want to come off as too aggressive, but I am really interested in their program. TIA!

*introduced myself and and included reference number* "I believe that I have sent everything necessary (committee letter package, transcripts, MCAT) via AACOMAS and I also paid the application fee. Is there anything else that I should send in?"

the committee letter package just needed to be sorted out- that was all 🙂

I am pretty sure that anything below four bars means the system doesn't have stuff in for you. IDK if they can make a decision on your app if the system doesn't have you as complete, that would be weird, right?

They likely just have a bunch of applications and paperwork to manually go through. Mine said that for a day or so but then they reviewed it. They likely haven't reviewed yours yet or something is missing. Only way to know is to reach out to them.
 
Just called and they said i'm all set and it'll be at three bars until i'm invited for an interview. Is this what they told other people as well?

I have not called the admissions department but I am at 4 bars on my portal but no II?
 
My portal says, " Your submitted materials are under initial review with Admissions staff. This initial review can take 10 to 15 business days. This time frame may be longer if your application was received at the beginning of the cycle. If you have submitted all required materials, you will be moved to the next phase of the review process with the Faculty Committee on Admissions. If you are noted to be missing any required items, those items will be updated on your application checklist in the Application Materials tab." I am at 3 dark blue bars and in my application materials, everything is marked received. I received secondary on 7/10 and submitted on 7/11. Since it is pretty early in the cycle, we likely might be waiting for at least 3-4 weeks
 
Just checked the portal and it now has 4 dark blue bars. "All required materials have been received. Your application is complete and under review with the Faculty Committee on Admissions. Candidates can be selected to interview at any time throughout the review process depending on competitiveness within the greater applicant pool. If you have a significant update to your application, you may upload updates on the Application Materials tab of this portal."

Hey, another M2 here that just wanted to comment on the graded curriculum. Despite the GPA, it's actually a pretty cooperative environment. I've yet to meet any gunners. Students here are pretty chill, and are more than happy to help you if you're struggling. We have both student tutors and mentors 🙂
 
Hey all! I'm a current M2 here at PCOM who'll be lurking on this thread from time to time. Just wanted to show what each bar of the application portal means:
1-3 Bars: Application started and/or something is missing from your application
4 Bars: Application complete
5 Bars: Interview invite
6 Bars: Final review of application
7 Bars: Post-interview decision (A, WL, R)
 
congrats to all w an II! good luck!!

when were you all marked complete w 4 bars?
