Do we need to have one semester of biochemistry or can it be one quarter? Would a second semester of organic chemistry satisfy the requirement if 1 quarter of biochem isn't enough?

Tough looks like they are going in order. I was complete 7/10 so my ship may have sailed

I love U Pitt for their methodical way of doing things. Based on the complete date people post here, you know where you are exactly. It is not that you don't have a chance if your completed date is passed. But, it means they looked at your application and decided to not send II at this point of time. They might come back later to review again to send an II or send a rejection. Nevertheless, you have clarity where you are based on your complete date. If all other schools follow the same approach, they would save a lot of time and emotional energy of the folks here.

I submitted 8/12 lolll so this makes me nervy

nervy af. was complete 7/30 but LM is only 70 so they're def gonna skip over me

Complete 7/26 and no II. Feels like a soft rejection 🙁 LM is 66-67 but strong ECs/GPA. Worried my secondary writing is bad because I have no II yet..
I'm in the exact same position. LM of 72 but very strong ECs and primary writing. Complete 7/18 and assuming an R. Making me question the quality of my secondaries now... Lol.

The early interviews are usually for applicants they highly desire. After that, most likely our applications will be read over again since we aren’t rejected
