PTE is Plan to enroll - you have an acceptance and intend to commit but still keeping options open like other waitlists. And CTE is commit to enroll which you can only do to one school. If you CTE you also have to withdraw everything else. Each school has their own dates. I was asking because I am WL and was hoping to see movement after the PTE date🤞
