i was notified i was top 5, then got notified i was top 10

Has anybody received a scholarship yet? Or does anyone know when they will start awarding them?

Yes I recently did, and I was given the impression that I was awarded $ that someone turned down and went elsewhere. Assuming they’re reallocating (or maybe already have) money that people didn’t accept.

I just asked admissions about the IS WL and they will accept from the WL after June 1. I'm assuming it's the same deal for OOS

Do you mean they continue to accept through May past June first? Or that the movement won’t start again until June first? Did the email specify

not looking good for OOS movement- they just emailed me back that most of their seats have already been confirmed and waitlist movement has slowed significantly. they said it is less likely they will reach my position (im in top 20)

They didn't specify exactly, but from what I understand, they will notify people as spots become available so there could be acceptances from the WL before June 1. There will also be some movement after June 1 and you could be accepted after that date if you have not committed to another school

I specifically inquired about OOS movement so I assume so. They must have had a high yield for OOS offers- Did anyone even get pulled off of the OOS waitlist?

I just emailed and asked about whether most IS had committed/whether to expect IS WL movement and all they disclosed was that they expect a "small amount of alternate list movement in the coming weeks based on typical admissions cycle patterns". Interesting that they told you most OOS folks had confirmed and didn't tell me anything for IS

My offer said June 1 or 10 days after receiving offer, whichever comes later. So technically June 1 unless they were sent an offer after 5/22

For IS WL they told me “movement has slowed significantly.” Hopefully there’s a few more spots that open up… best of luck to anyone else on the WL!!

In their last email, they said their class is almost 100% full. Would that mean they are still planning on extending a few offers? I was a little confused by the language in the email.

In the email they said explicitly that it is 5 or less spots that could move. Whether they extend those 5 offers or not likely depends on applicants choosing UW or not. Could be 5 or could be 0, only time will tell in the weeks ahead but I took it as a heads up that the WL movement is pretty much finished.
