hey folks, so MCW deleted all archived secondaries and I did not save mine offline. Foolish. Anyway, what I need to know is this: what is the wording of the secondary question on disclosure of charges/convictions/whatever? Please help.

"Have you ever been charged with or convicted of any offense, other than a speeding violation? Please explain what occured, where, when, and the disposition of the court (fine, how much, community service, etc.)"
