Joe, have you decided where you're going yet? Have you heard back from Nova?? If you do decide to attend, we should totally start a professional string quartet like we discussed earlier... I'm sure we can find a decent violinist somewhere or I guess I can do violin if we can find a violist... and we should call ourselves the MWU String Quartet or the Glendale String Quartet available for hire at weddings, receptions, formal events, and charities 😀
*edit* I was told official letters will arrive sometime next week, along with the deposit due date.
Hi Renny. I haven't heard back from NOVA. I actually hope AZCOM delays the acceptance letters so I'm not sending thousands of dollars in deposits to multiple schools. I'm with you on forming a quartet; it would be a great way to decompress from studying. What are your other options for schools?
Hey rkaz, about on campus housing, I'm applying for it now but it seems that assignments will go out in the middle of March. If you ask around the Osteo thread that has a few living arrangement threads going, someone might able to help you out.
I'll be coming to campus this Thursday afternoon, and will bring my parents with me to check out the campus (as they haven't seen it yet). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any students offering to show us around this weekend (I don't even know where to ask current students), so I figure that if we go on a weekday then maybe the school will be able to provide some resources. I am also hoping to check out the on-campus apartments, so I am hoping that if I can't find an on-campus student to show me around, then maybe a staff member from the housing office will be kind enough. It's a bit frustrating though, as I don't even know who I can ask to show us around.
I am wondering if there happens to be an interview group on Thursday. On my interview day, our student 'tour guide' didn't take us to see the on-campus housing. So I have no idea what the housing facilities are like. However, I've heard that many interview groups go to see the housing. Thus I'm wondering if me and my parents couldn't tag along with an interview tour group...I'll have to ask the admissions office. I wouldn't wear a suit again now that I've been accepted, but I'd at least dress up a bit so I don't look totally out of place amongst the interviewers. 😉

My online applicant status finally got fixed today, but I am still confused on how we apply for the new on-campus housing for the fall. Is it online or do we have to pay the deposit first to get the information? Also, does anyone know if spots have already been filled? I remember they were pretty much full when I came during the summer for the master's program.
U should stay through the weekend. Its all star week here in AZ. All major artist are performing throughout the clubs take your parents to a tour there? Just an idea 🙂
are there any statistics on how many people get interviewed. how many people get offered admissions? The out of state students? Student demographics?
All star week? I must be totally out of the loop... what's that about? I'll think about staying back for the weekend... which artists are performing this weekend? Where? I'll be glad to hear more if you have any info. 🙂.
Hey Guys/Gals I'm a third year at the university of iowa and I'm basically asking anyone who applied too or is going to AZCOM on their general admission statistics. GPA, MCAT, strength of LOR and extra's. I got alot of information from the school in general but I never feel that a School's admissions advisor gives the correct Stats out. I wanna know from students like myself how the application process was at AZCOM....the more details the better thanks guys!
