If you got into med school, you can undoubtedly get into an MHA program. Gear up to apply this cycle, figure out the best program for you, get recommendation letters, etc. I see some MHA students doing consulting jobs on the side depending on where they're working, so that's something to look into. Not sure if you'd be able to do administration while doing courses, but you could certainly do an interenship/consultancy on the side.
 
you can totally get into an MHA program if you go into med school. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you, keep your head up
