I dont think we are privy to that info. And i think they intentionally only give applicants who have been extended an II one week to pick. I'm sure they have at least a couple more weeks of interviews to do. And it seems most IIs are released on a Thursday. Just my thoughts.

Hey! I applied and got into NSU, LECOM, Touro-(NY, CA, NV). I’m still stuck on where I want to go. I want to go to Drexel so bad. This is my first choice, but I haven’t heard anything, and I’m losing hope 🥺. Touro-NY is probably my next top choice if I don’t hear back from Drexel because it’s guaranteed acceptance. I go back and forth with that and LECOM because the tuition is so cheap, they have better matching rates and a wider range of specialties. It’s only guaranteed interview though, and I might have to take the MCAT which I would like to avoid unless it’s for Drexel.

Aw, I hope you hear back from Drexel!! Don't lose hope they're still handing out interviews. But yeah, I was considering applying to Touro...my friend did the masters this year, she is trying to make the GPA requirement but it has been hard for her (she was online completely - so take that into account). I applied to Drexel DPMS and Georgetown GEMS. Interviewed for both and will be a very hard decision to choose from if accepted to both. But wishing you the best!! 🙂
 
To all of you who interviewed 5/6 - do any of you have the M1’s email address from the student panel? I forgot her name but I have to ask her something important. Thanks in advance 🙂

I got excited because I had screenshots of the emails from my interview but mine was on 5/5 :/ If you're looking for Rim, Jordan, or Nana I have them!

Ohhh okay thank you! Which one of them is the first year med student now? the one in my panel was a girl but I totally forgot the name. 🙁

Rim was! I’m sure you can shoot her an email even if she wasnt the student on your panel. My computer is currently restarting but I’ll send you her email address after it’s up and running!
 
Just finished the interview day! I really enjoyed the day. If anyone has specific questions lmk or DM me!
They also said that over 600 applicants this yr with seats for 50-55 students. The most difficult will be getting the interview.

Thank you for sharing! I’m glad your interview experience was great! Since getting the interview is the hardest part... Any mention on post interview acceptance rates because...I am antsy 😂

I believe its July 1st or something. I just know for sure the fall semester begins aug 16th and they expect you to be on site by the 1st. The summer is 6 weeks long.

Happy you enjoyed it! Did they mention when the last day would be for interviews specifically ( besides saying at the end of may LOL) also did they mention how many they have interviewed so far ?

Thank you for your info! And so glad your interview went well!! Hopefully more invites will be sent out tomorrow, my anxiety is growing lol. My daily process every few hours: open the portal > refresh > stop breathing as I read the first few sentences again to make sure I didn't get rejected haha

My days:

1. Wake up
2. Check email
3. Check portal
4. Check SDN
5. Rinse
6. Repeat

any current DPMSers/ anyone know anything about the process of the waitlist? How many people are usually on it/ how many actually get off of it?

I felt relieved lol, I took a fat nap afterward. I was very comfortable with my interviewer. Our host/moderator Brian also calmed the waters. I think they definitely made a good job on getting to know who we were. I do think the hardest part was the actual application.
