I don't argue that any of this is false. However, per my post here:

I don't think fluff was purposefully lying, I think she was just operating on a flawed assumption. The fact that Zenge is hard pushing her as being "outed" and being a "liar" feels a little too extreme for me.

I think Fluff is a hit, I don’t have any proof of that directly, but I think she’s being very wolfy. I think her lying about the SAR thing is just more evidence that’s she’s been dishonest.

I’m also just sick of the constant narrative she’s been pushing that “SAR vouched for me”. Because NO that’s not even remotely true. She keeps pushing this lie that SAR vouched for her, and that’s NOT what’s going on here.

Maybe I am misinterpreting the thing with Nate because I’m tunneling this pretty deep, but come on, you have to see she’s been disingenuously pushing that SAR vouched for her, which is not the reality of the situation at all. Surely you see that?

Fluff has misused terminology repeatedly this game, and not, imo, on purpose. I think it is totally possible that fluff meant “vouch” as in “SAR wants me alive”, not “SAR knows I’m village”. I genuinely think she made a wild and incorrect assumption that SAR was implying they knew her faction (in the same way Nate knew her faction).

I don’t disagree it is troublesome and that the claim, as phrased, is incorrect (“SAR is vouching for me the way I’m vouching for Nate”). But I do not read her wolf right now. I do believe she is faction exclusive wincon and that’s why she’s been vocalizing and pushing back the way she is.

We can always give it a cycle or two and wolf hunt elsewhere in the meantime, but if nothing happens in those cycles then we're back to wondering if fluff is a wolf, or if Zenge is a wolf and avoiding the kill intentionally, or if the wolves are leaving it alone for WIFOM.

I’m Gilbert. I try on new roles every night. N1 I targeted SAR. The role I copied was basically just “If Fluff dies, I die instead”.

This is what SAR’s role is. Again, I want to remind everyone she didn’t “vouch for Fluff” she said she would prefer Fluff not die. THIS is why.

But that also means Fluff is a LIAR! The very fact that Nate died, and flipped means Fluff’s whole “I vouch for Nate the same way SAR vouched for me” is a LIE!

Unfortunately I really do think SAR is village, and I’ve been mulling over how to handle this. But I think it’s time village knew so we can stop listening to these BS lies Fluff keeps spinning.

If there’s a tinkerer out there, maybe make something to decouple SAR from Fluff? Idk. Get creative with it. Say it’s “Really durable. Like REALLY durable.” That’s always helped in the past.

That’s what had my eyebrows raised over fluff and SAR not dying last night. Idk for mechanical and early-on-spew reasons I really believe fluff is not wolf but them not dying last night is kinda sus. But then based on your and genny’s interactions with fluff yesterday I could maybe see it if neither of SAR/fluff is wolf but you and/or genny are and are hoping to drum up enough WIFOM/suspicion by drawing attention to it and not killing them that we burn a daycycle misyeeting them. And I guess I can’t rule out that wolves are just super oblivious but I find it hard to believe they ALL are

My ability is temporary. And I choose to use it.

So I wasn’t sure if SAR had chosen to use it and was trapped in that situation temporarily or if it was a permanent affliction. Hence my questions to her.

Also states they vouched for Nate in their affiliation, which Nate agreed with (and Nate flipped village). Unless you’re saying fluff is an infiltrator of sorts of and is a wolf somehow leading a band of villagers. Which, I mean, I guess is possible?
