Where do I begin? The campus is beautiful. It's a very refreshing setting. It's not too small (some schools are literally just a single building) and it's not too big. It really felt like a tight-knit community and I like that. The facilities are very nice and every need is met. The people were amazing. I can't thank the student ambassadors enough. They were so helpful and honest. Of course, you expect to hear all positive things on interview day, but I could see and feel the energy, joy, and sincerity of the students, faculty, and staff. Having friendly people all around makes for a much better learning environment than the alternate. I really liked the culture of the school and just know that I will fit in very well. Dr. Dubin is simply awesome. Hearing about his principles, ideas, and policies put my mind at ease. His innovative, dynamic, student-centric approach to medical education is assurance that I will have all the means to build a strong foundation for my medical career. I really felt like the school was making every effort (especially not being stingy with their resources) to make sure their students succeed. And I think that's ultimately what matters most. A bit costly, maybe, but it'll totally be worth every last penny. I can't wait to put on that white coat a second time. Here's hoping...
