Still waiting for Accomas to be verified. I wonder if they can see it after it is verified without my MCAT score?

I believe complete email means that everything including your secondary, MCAT, and letters are in, and the app is ready for a review.by "complete" email you guys mean supplemental received right?
this is my #1 school and hoping for some god news soon
Yes, that's it 🙂i got one the same day i submitted the secondary (7/10) and says "you will be contacted if selected to interview"
just curious if this is what you guys got too or if it's something else.
It's also on the official schedule, which can be found via the dcomdo.com website.
Maybe there have been II but not everyone is on SDN to report.Found the calendar, and yes it appears to be the 21st as the first interviews, with interviews only on Fridays through the Fall. However I can't imagine they actually use the 21st for interviews, being as it is 8 days away now with not a single II.
Also, DCOM is horrible with communication. So its possible they just are late in telling people things.
Patience people, I hear it is a virtue
II yesterday!
Nope, I live on the opposite side of the country so I needed a little more time to set up my travel. My interview date is September 18th. 3.5/3.6, 28. Published research, lots of volunteering and I was born and raised in a rural medically undeserved area.Congrats on the early II! Will you be part of the group on the 21st? Would you mind sharing your stats by the way either here or through a PM?
II yesterday!
It was a phone call at about 2:00 mountain standard time.Congrats! was it by call or email?

I don't know if I agree with that. Sorry if you have experienced some poor communication, but they are usually pretty good to communicate. A type personalities such as medical students just expect too much instant feedback and information. Out of the thousands of individuals that apply to DCOM (and every medical school) only about 15-25% are active SDN members. Just because no one on here has said they have an interview, doesn't mean interviews have not been extended. It will happen, people will start to hear word for interview invites soon.
Still waiting to be verified here. Does LMU have a history of interviewing anyone before they took their scheduled MCAT?
dont think any school does that except carribean. maybe i misinterpreted your question though.Still waiting to be verified here. Does LMU have a history of interviewing anyone before they took their scheduled MCAT?
Is anyone who was complete in June still waiting on an II?
what's the best airport to fly into?Senpai, notice me!!
*to be fair I'm a current DCOM student, but I feel like that statement summarizes these threads every year.
K guys August 28th I booked mine for! 10 hour drive on the 27th...
what's the best airport to fly into?
lol i mos def mind 3-4 hours.Sometimes Knoxville is cheaper than Tri-cities, and sometimes Tri-cities is cheaper than Knoxville. Knoxville or Tri-cities, you are looking at a 1 - 1.5 hour drive (depending on your foot) no matter which one you come into. Rentals are easier to get too in Knoxville than Tri-cities. You will just have to look and see. If you don't mind driving ~3-4 hours after your flight, you can fly into Nashville or Louisville.
Same for me. And I just drove 9 hours to ACOM and back last week.
Also on a related topic does anybody use rental cars to get to their interviews? My car is definitely not an economy car....
Congrats everyone!! I'm still waiting to take my MCAT in september and for my application to be verified. I'm getting nervous since interviews are being sent out.
i will be flying on september 17 for the sep. 18 interview. if anyone wants to split a rental car and/or hotel room, please PM me. i'm scared of jet lag while driving. i've never had to drive after flying
