Same here cause I heard about that too. A person I know got accepted a week into classes for the MD school. I hope that’s not gona be the situation for us cause that would be a garbage situation but regardless of when they send an acceptance I’m taking it. Promise ya that 😊
If I don’t get in the program I’ll just be reapplying to meharry anyway

I was accepted as well but will be turning it down in favor of a med school acceptance. I hope my spot goes to one of you. I’m so glad you all are finally getting closure. I’ve been following the the thread for a while And I know it’s been a daunting process. However Your tenacity will make you all great doctors. good luck and I Hope to see you all at AMEC in a few years !

3.5 cGPA, 3.4 sGPA, 500 MCAT
But I doubt the stats carried too much weight since they're reviewing applications holistically. Like @KountryDoc_ said, they probably just sent a small group of acceptances out tonight to stop everybody from blowing up their phones. This can't be it. I'm sure more waves will be sent out soon.
 
wow, just noticed that they sent out the acceptances to you guys so late than their usual office hours! Just a note to remember for future waves of acceptances..
