You need to get that GPA up to around 3.3/3.4(cGPA), sGPA needs to be a little higher than 3.0....Also do very well on the MCAT

Also need to ask yourself this. Why are your grades so low? Are you not trying? Are you trying hard? Are you not attending class? What are the issues? Because if it's more of a "I'm not trying" problem, you need to fix that because Medical School is going to be your life for 4-8 years....Not to mention your entire career if you make it all the way.

You have similar stats to me. I am taking a gap year to increase my GPA. I don't think there's anything wrong with taking a gap year because 1. you can increase your gpa to 3.4+ 2. be more prepared for the MCAT 3. more clinical/volunteer experience. But if you are really determined to not take a gap year then you have to kill the MCAT and get close to a 4.0 every semester.
