Yes, as long you have three uploaded to PASS. You can leave that section blank. If you look at the Loma Linda admission requirement website, it states that you can do this. I applied there, did it that way, and I received a confirmation email that my application is complete.

I think this varies from school to school. While some send out invites before they close deadlines, some wait till deadlines close. I think they send out a few batches but again it varies a lot.

Anyone can recommend what's the best interview attire? Would a formal dress for women work or does it have to be a suit? (Sorry for the odd change of topic)

I don't think so. The application deadlines for some of them like Houston and UNLV are in october. So I think they do rolling interviews and will send more in th future.

I think you are right that all of these accept foreign graduates. I think a lot of programs are looking to make sure that even though someone might have a lot of experience they are still teachable. I hope you get interviews and you are able to show them this. I think something else that would help in getting interviews is doing externships at these universities and putting yourself in front of the program, and showing them your commitment. Good luck for this cycle!
