I agree to have it done before the deadline, but my friend who applied to prosth submitted his application at 5PM on the due date and got an interview still. That being said, I wouldn’t chance it if you can get it done before then, but it’s still possible to be considered.

Got a email in early September from coordinator saying: "PASS application and file are complete for review by the admissions committee. The review will be done after 10/1/19, and you will hear from us in November regarding the status of your application. If you are selected for an interview, it will be done in early-mid December. "
