I agree that it can seem disappointing, but remember that some people match with only that one interview so don’t give up hope just yet.
Fingers cross that you match this year. I heard from directors that there is a very high volume this year compared to the previous. Someone told me UPenn alone had 40 students applying this year. Don’t know if it’s true, but just focus on you

I heard from one of my friends that a third of Penn’s class and a fourth of stony brooks class is going for peds. They prob the ones getting all the invites..those are like the top two schools in the country

I didn't get that email or an invite. So I assume you are waitlisted for an interview in case anyone rejects the invite. And they will probably send rejection emails later.

I don't know if all of them are out. I got an invite a couple of hours ago and posted here. It does look like this was a mass mailing though as it was impersonal and stated that you have to reply quickly with your preferred spot (there was a total of 4 available) as it's first come, first served.
