Did anyone ask for something for school next year? All I could think of were noise cancelling headphones.

I recommend the wireless powerbeats earbuds. Really durable, sound good, and great for working out or studying. I even put them through the washer and they survived unscathed.

Edit: oh and this is my first post in this thread, accepted in October! Now just patiently waiting for my dream school to reject me......

I got bose Bluetooth earphones and they sound terrible compared to the Bose sound sport ones I've used for 4 years. Just a heads up to anyone in the market

Every skull candy headphone I have had broke within a few months. They seem to spend more on making the product look cool for teenagers.

If you guys are looking for a good pair of headphones, audio technica is amazing. I've had my pair for 3+ years, no issues

I had the Berkeley review books from the old MCAT that I used for Chem physics and bio. They were covered with my notes and since they were for the old test I assume I couldn't have really sold them for much

I used the old MCAT EK books and just bought the P/S one to supplement and I did just fine. I think you could've gotten more out of them than you think.

Ahhh I disabled my Facebook at the start of the season. I don't think I will go back to it afterwards as well.

lol I actually got a friend request from a person that works at a school I interviewed (I actually think they're an adcom)...I don't know if I handled it perfectly but I do wish I disabled fb so I could've avoided that situation altogether

Maybe it's because I'm older, but I really don't have a million posts full of questionable stuff on Facebook to hide anyway. I hardly use it. More just to see how my old friends from back in the day are doing, seeing their kids grow up and everything. And I've had that account for like 10 years... there's just nothing on it.
