**Official PASS 2024 Endodontic Residency Interviews/Information

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
This is my first year applying. I have not get an acceptance yet but I got 3 interviews. I genuinely love endo so the last few years I went to AAE meetings and also endo classes taught at the university (USC) so I could learn more about endodontics. For me, I went to the AAE its because I truly want to learn from the best. I have met some amazing colleagues and made some friends.
My advice is YES you should become a member of AAE and go to meetings and go to endo classes, not sponsored, taught at Universities, or lectures and seminars at AAE. The next one is PAIN :) in Florida. Its good to learn more as it also helps with our every day patients and it can only make you become a better provider for our patient.
Good luck!!

What is PAIN?

Fall Conference: Pain Meeting to Gather Endodontists in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Nov. 2-4
Is it uncommon for GPs to go to these conferences? The title even says "to gather endodontists"....

Does anyone know if Columbia interviews everyone before giving offers? Is it better to choose an earlier date or does it not matter?

I also just declined Columbia. Good luck to all

I personally think last day may allow you to stand out in the interviewer's memory.

Hi guys, do programs know how many times you applied?

I ask in hope that when I apply next year, programs will recognize my dedication.

I believe the application asks if you've applied before but also during interviews you can tell the interviewer that you've applied before and that you're dedicated to the field.

I know someone who applied 8 times before getting in. He is a smart and talented guy, and I think programs will see that if you keep on showing up to their events and get to know faculty.

I truly don't think they care to be honest unless you get to the interview stage.

Curious as well when folks heard back. Seems like they Make the decisions in batches? Is the class full yet?

From an instagram post from "predoc_endo_tips" it seems UofP is having interviews today

Buffalo admission said they began to send invites! I don’t know details!! Anyone knows ?

Sorry, I have to clarify, UofP is University of Pacific?
I have no idea. Instagram said UofP. I'm not American so you would probably know better than I do tbh. Unsure if that's Penn or Pacific
