This is true. OOS students got an email to create their buckeyemail account before they got to acceptance. A day or so later their acceptances went out, then a few days after that IS seats went out

It's an email with a link to a Financial Aid info session and a "Why OSU CVM? - Welcome to the OSU CVM" brochure.

Even the last paragraph of the dean’s letter on the second page of that brochure made me think it was something! Oh goodness I have so much adrenaline I am going full investigation mode

I have also heard they usually send out OOS acceptances before IS!

last year OOS heard a few days before IS, but there was a glitch in the system causing the OOS 'create your buckeyemail' to go out early
