can someone explain why being part of a bandwagon is bad? I was trying to follow the more experienced players (and avoid the tie) and now it seems to have cast suspicion on me.

I think the idea is that wolves would jump on a bandwagon at the end to avoid taking out a wolf without it being very suspicious. Plenty of other players would be in the bandwagon too though.

Especially early in the game. The easiest path for the wolves is to find the path of least resistance and follow it. If the village is enthusiastically voting out a villager, go right along with them.

Like with Random, someone said on Day 3 or 4 that they didn't know Random was in the game. If you are a wolf, it's pretty nice to not even be noticed for the first 1/3 of the game.

Players willing to put themselves out there are really wolf hunt, tend to actually want to find a wolf.

@kraskadva what were your thoughts when you voted for Vis before? I'm thinking he's a 3P or wolf, which is better than voting for a villager at this point.

I’ll let Kras step in but I’m guessing it’s because he along with Alleycat have been comfortably in bandwagon everyday.

Originally it was an RNG vote among the quieter folks, but yes, since then Vis has been heading up all the bandwagons, so I'm still sus of him.

The argument for alleycat and/or Vis is interesting to me. What’s the arguments for Vet01 and Zepp? Other than gut feelings, like quote their comments.

Little contribution, little explanation - a lot of only posting votes, fishy wording about "yeet me, whatever" then "I don't want to be yeeted" early on. Lawpy was sus of Hallows too. Attaching quotes for you guys to ponder. Being pulled into a sudden movie-watching thing and they're waiting for me so this is all I have to offer before I bolt, and unfortunately I won't be here for the tally unless I decide that I'm sick of my boyfriend's family only watching horror movies and I come back. If you guys have good reason to believe otherwise, just ignore me. These are all Hallow's posts and a couple referencing him in the first halfish of the thread.

FINALLY! Caught up!

Honestly this is all sus. I can't get over how overly obvious mentioning sunshine by name in the post is. If she's a villager than its probably a wolfy plot, but if not then maybe there's a 3P out there targeting wolves, or maybe it's the mods. I DON'T KNOW. Personally I don't think she's a wolf, but it is suspicious that Lawpy and M935 are leading the charge. If she is a wolf, they must not be, but if she's a villager are they wolves? Or is this all just distraction?

I need more brain power for this and have none left after a long clinic day.

Alright, is it normal to just question even more of my suspicions each day? At first I thought Lawpy was wolf for sure, but now I'm not so sure. At this point I don't feel good about yeeting someone without more info.

If I could actually unilaterally yeet someone, that would be my move, obviously, because I don't want to be... yeeted, yote, yoten? I can't though, I don't have a power. Plus if I survive the night (or day), if anything happened to Lawpy at this point, I'd be super sus tomorrow, right? So if anything I'd want them alive and unharmed.

Pretty funny though to have people read my posts as toeing the line.

At this point, I'm not sure what I could say to cast doubt on Lawpy's assertion, because I don't even completely know what its based off of other than "following the bandwagon". But I will say if I'm going to get yoten for following everyone else, then there's easily 4-5 other people that have minimally posted that did the same. And with that, I'm going to:

To be completely honest, I've had a running list of people I suspected to be wolves, but today has kind of ruined it because Sloth died, you actually have a decent explanation on your whereabouts, and enigma hasn't done anything overtly sus, more or less went along with stuff you two did, and M935 sounded a lot less wolfy today than yesterday in my opinion.

With hallow's explanation, I actually don't feel like he's less sus now than before. The post kind of seems too cool, collected, and calculated. Why the note about "sure, yeet me" followed with the "I don't want to be yeeted"? The deflection onto another inactive character does make sense but seems exactly that, a deflection.

Jhmmd seemed a bit sus to me, mainly because of the overly emphasizing noobness, I mean we're almost all noobs. That said, she quieted down, and I'm not sure how to take that. I don't really know much about books/shoey, and cessna falls into the same category as lumya to me honestly.

Is everyone sure about jhmmd? I don't know her outside this enough to know whether her posts are truly sus.

To be fair, I genuinely don't know her well, so I was going to rely on the consensus about her posting history, but if samac knows something we should clarify it before we yeet a villager.

Samac, whats the word, if it's not a special ability, did you "hear" or "see" something unexpected?

OK, so if we believe them, jhmmd, samac and kraskadva all have a shared role of some kind and are village? I'm inclined to believe samac, because I've not seen anything suspicious there.

my argument for zepp was mostly the m395 message situation. but it's not the strongest argument and I can definitely be swayed away. I don't like vet01's argument for vis at all, and I got weird vibes off of zepp jumping onto that right away, but I think other people have made some better points against vis since then

Further in defense of Random because I forgot to include a couple things -

Random was very quick to admit they were surrounded by anvils the same night that another kill wasn't made. If they intended to kill but were blocked by anvils, Random would have known that and wouldn't have jumped to admit it.

I think this is really solid. I’m also convinced that it’s a bad idea to yeet a 3p killer (for the moment) or vigilante.

If a 3P has a "timed" win ability Like Survive x number of days, or kill x number of people or whatever - Does the game just end when they achieve that goal?

Or do we keep playing until the wolf/village part of the game is resolved and that person just wins too?

I might be focusing on these two lines too much, but I am a little confused on why you pointed this out? Wouldn't it be in your best interest if Bread accidentally soft confirmed you? It might have just been a nice clarification point, but it looks more like a wolf move, in my opinion. My past research and this simple mistake still make me stuck on yeeting you.

I agree, it gives me a weird vibe too. I was sus of vet01 before and I feel like this is just pushing a weak argument really hard.

Frankly, I still think the no-3p-kill thing on N3 is really suspicious, but apparently I'm the only one who feels that way with random. But I don't have a strong argument for vis versus alleycat versus vet01. If the bandwagon is right tonight, that's awesome, but I don't feel strongly and I'm going to stick with the one I was unsure about before.
