What are the odds that Sunny was assigned to be a wolf for the 3rd game in a row? I’m awful at probability, but I don’t think the chances would be too high? Everything is RNG though. If I did the math correctly, wouldn’t it be like a chance of 0.63% or 0.79%, depending on if there are 4 or 5 wolves this game (out of 21 players)? I could be totally wrong on the math though.

Also all yall gotta learn I often don't get up until anywhere from 2 pm - 6 pm *Fantasyland* time, so like 5-8pm your guys' time. No matter where you are on the continent it's late.

Idrk why but April’s posts have seemed a bit different from previous games. It feels like there’s less content:fluff and it’s less directed, but on day 1 that may be NAI and it just means she has more time to post fluff. Then there’s this and the other posts helping new players, and I keep thinking back to SAR in apocalypse pointing out that it can be a convenient way for wolves to look like they’re being pro-village without furthering wolf-hunting. Then again, both Mel and SAR who were doing a lot of it turned out to be village that game, and it’s not like there was a lot of content to hunt for wolves with when April posted this.

I do think this indicates April and LaineyLou aren’t in a pack together. I don’t see 2 first-time wolves immediately co-ordinating a fake village interaction together when they’ve just been dumped into the chaos of figuring out how to wolf.

For the record I did a lot of noob coaching that game, probably more than Mel. Just me being petty for not getting called out for professorial mode.

I agree. It makes me lean LaineyLou toward village and April towards wolf. Giving simple game mechanics advice is a nice way to appear helpful to a noob without actually helping them catch a wolf.

Based on my observations, AM is playing pretty closely to her village meta from other games, just started a little quiet so I understand why that was brought up earlier upthread.

I'd like to see more from cray, as it seems like wolf!cray is quieter and likes more posts compared to village!cray, when she posts pretty prolifically and wolf-hunts aggressively.

Mayo trying to pocket the noobs seems sus to me.

I don't have clear reads on anyone yet and feel like I can never read bread well, but that's where I'm at so far.

Also sometimes with my late wake ups between 2- 6 pm Fantasyland I will wake, read thread for a bit, liking as I go, but if I plan to go back to sleep I won't take the time to post.

Eh, it was more about sunshine's logic than about AM, if that makes sense. AM was still neutral for me at that point, but I don't see getting on her case about questioning people when there were hardly any posts about the game at the time.

I mean, I’m on there because I’m 1/2 jokingly following Mayo until I get a better read on someone else. I think both Shorty and Mayo are on there fully in jest. Pretty sure we’ve all said we intend to change our votes before the time ends.

Starting to get sus of a few players though. Been combing through old games and some people are playing differently than they do normally. Some people are playing exactly the same... but I don’t know.

I’ll probably just stress about it for a while.

So, if I follow your logic here - and I'm probably misinterpreting it, so feel free to call me an idiot noob:
I said that I think mayo is wolfy and that because Z is following him like a little duckling, that that gave me slight wolfy vibes from him too. They did both jump on the joke vote with me, but mayo and I were teammates in the noob game that triggered my joke vote in the first place.

If all 3 of us were wolves now, what exactly would be the benefit of my bussing 2 people out of a 4-5 person pack this early in the game?

April is giving me village vibes because she doesn't sound all that different from her other games, and she's been village each time. I think her helping the noobs is just her being nice. I read her wrong in the bread game and thought she was wolfy when she wasn't.

I'm still sticking with a village read on AM. Genny and kras also seem villagey to me based on their interactions with AM. I don't have strong reads on anyone else yet.

also the first thing Z said to me when I woke up was gleefully telling me that someone voted to yeet me, so I think his day has been made

It seems like most people suspicious of mayo have pointed to this post as the main reason why. I don’t pretend to know how to read mayo perfectly, but to me this post seems village. He likes to make jokingly sketch posts as a villager (remember apocalypse?) and he avoided open wolfing/wolf bragging during noob game (though that’s not to say he wouldn’t change up his wolf strategy this game)
