MEAN BEAN MACHINE. Dude, I don't know, there's like a billion sonic games you could use alone. Sonic and Knuckles, the original, that pinball game, mean bean, probably Sonic II was on it...

Otherwise, Road Rash? Mortal Kombat? Flicky, Earthworm Jim, World of Illusion, Tetris? I have like a million genesis games but only played a few of them so I'm not a super big help here.

(Also the up button on my only controller was broken, so I couldn't actually play a lot of my games... took me months to figure out why I couldn't jump in Earthworm)

After a rough day, you decide to decompress with some gaming. You're feeling like a change of pace from your typical virtual reality and plug in a dusty old gaming system. The comforting image pops up on your flat screen.

As you pick up the game controller, something really out of the ordinary happens. The game console shorts out, and you black out. When you awake, you can see your comfy couch.....from the other side of the TV screen. You hear a low hum of voices and turn to see a bunch of equally dazed and confused characters. What. The. Hell. Before introductions and awkward ice-breakers ensue, you decide you need a leader. Who'll it be?

Today is Day 1: Mayor Election Day. Election deadline is ~9-10pm Eastern. (If someone keeps a tally, tag me in it, please and thanks!) 17 players.

PM Rule: Communication is cut off unless told otherwise. You may be able to communicate with the players nearest you on the roster (while the first & last can PM with one another) at an unforeseen time. You can include or exclude me from communication - I trust you to behave accordingly.

I'm ok with this unless we have another sega guru out that. I was alive when those games were out, but as I mentioned before, we didn't own a gaming system after Atari, and I'm sure most of you don't even know what that is. While I do love sonic, that's really the only sega character I know (and well I guess I'm about to get familiar with another).
