Yeah. This is the biggest one that really doesn’t make sense. Although I resent the characterization, I’m willing to admit that it’s not without its merit.

I kind of agree with AM’s feelings on Alley and Fluff seeming off. Also Ace feels off.

I think kds’s vote on you for your reaction is weird but I’m not inclined to think it’s wolfy motivation at the moment.

Kds also tunneled village!True madly in Marwwel and seemed to think we played another game together, which must have been that one. There's some mild bias.

@Zenge142 @samac Expand on Acey pls. I was gonna ask Samac if she still wanted to sit on that vote today but now there's two people who play well and feel off about him. I thought/think it's classic noob shenanigans but I'm curious.

You know what? I think there are no wolves in this game. I think the scum are all "lone wolves," or scummy 3p, i.e. cannibals, and I think they potentially absorb the power of whomever they chow down on, hence seeing people's roles after they've eaten them.
I think zenge is one and he was hunting for a PR reveal. I think stoat is potentially one. I know how much she's wanted to be scum of some sort and I think her overreaction to kdswg's post was wanting to not get yoten early because she's finally scum.

That's seems a little OP. How could you stop the lone wolves if they absorbed multiple PRs?

What exactly is off about it? I really don't get it guys. We're not allowed to have skepticism about him claiming seer?

She overreacted about Genny last game, how is that reaction different from her reaction to Kdswg? She always gets mad when people find her wolfy D1.

It's not the skepticism. It's the annoyance that he claimed at all because "it's lazy play". Do you have reads on anyone outside of Zenge?

Honestly I felt that Ace's first post was really weird, for a moment after reading Zenge's post I was like "are we all role revealing now?" But this is their first game after noob game, so I guess some awkwardness is expected. I made those jokey wolfy posts before and I was a villager. Truenamer has also traditionally done that.

I don't feel like anyone stands out to me as wolfy at the moment.
kdswg immediately placing a joking vote is something she has done in the past when wolfing. But it's not like she's played a ton of games, so I can't confidently say that this is her wolf meta. I want to reread that interaction cause I honestly missed what she found wolfy about Stoat. I also commented on Ace's post above.

Why would they be happy? Additionally, why would a villager be not be happy if Zenge is the seer?

I'm only hesitant because 1. Seems egregious for kds to wolf the same way twice 2. Last time the vets jumped on her and I defended the fellow noobness of her play. Vets haven't found her wolfy here. But I am not sure where to vote if not kds, since I'm mostly getting village feels. PSV, for example, once declared that she finds me "perma-wolfy after the noob game" (where I villaged! The injustice!) and indeed, in every game except the one where she was a wolf, she has been cautious of me.

I find them very different. I don't think she "overreacted" to genny voting her last game. She naturally questioned it because it was a weird post, and then drunk!stoat decided genny was wolfy. Surface level similarities but her tone toward genny voting her was much different last game, imo. Here she feels very retaliatory and defensive with kdswg. Could it be villager frustration? Sure. But I'm thinking we may have scum!stoat here.

You and true just have that wolfy je ne sais quoi. If you're truly scum this game I will be delighted at the harmony of true wolfing for the first time last game and you wolfing the first time this game.
 
I have gloves on and am going back to lab work but I'm very amused by the coincident timing 🥲🥲

i tend to play off feels.
He felt off with his thread entrance so I threw the vote down for more data.
He didn’t engage. I’m not sure what that points towards to be honest, but he hasn’t done anything to particularly make me feel good about him.

I’m not sure about absorbing PRs, but I’ve had a similar thought for scum.

I don't have much to expand on. I think it would be overpowered to have a wolf pack plus cannibals. So, I think there are no wolves, only cannibals working independently (maybe three or so?). I found it a little "hmm" for Dubz to post in the sign-ups that everyone was a vanillager unless told otherwise; it seemed odd. Then for her to mention this game would be interesting, as well as saying all the SPN games have been mechanically broken in one way or another... Clearly this game isn't basics. There's something very different about it. So my tinfoil is village is trying to sniff out the cannibals.
Hey @alleycat03 what did you mean when you said you had pointy ears but no fur? What were you referring to?

feel free to go through my noob game. I am who i am, I'm just trying to fit in with the big kids this time. getting called out tends to make me shut down and become self-conscious. hence why i was in the bottom half of posters that game even though i made it to endgame. having post minimums this time is why I'm trying to be more active

I don't think he's a wolf. But I understand this sentiment. I haven't had the "oh, village!" Or "oh! Wolf!" Feel around him that happens in other games, and partly it's because a lot of flotsam sprung up around that one confusing post. Very obfuscating.

I really do not like that some are starting to edge into 3P hunting instead of wolf hunting on D1, though. We should be doing both. Scum hunting as a whole > tinfoils without more data. The 3P hunting threw us off in Stardeww and was part of what lost us the game.

I was just pulling quotes to comment on this.
This was her immediate reaction to Gennys vote in Globetwwotting, her responses to me last night felt WAY different.

It’s making me wonder what about this game made it seem like the right time. Because he’s a wolf and that seemed like a route to take to have more distraction on him than his more wolfy behaviors? Because there’s something special with his role? Not immediately jumping to wolf, but it’s making me feel uneasy

I don't see why it'd make you uneasy unless you think he's wolfy.

Your wolf play inspired Sporty to hound me for the remainder of a game AND I defended a wolf. Voting me D1 is henceforth going to be as unpleasant an experience as I can make it. No more nice "oh, okay, I understand why you'd vote for me, really who wouldn't" stoat. Edit: do you have any wolf and villager leans by now, otherwise?

Why wouldn't a villager be happy? He outed himself, and now the wolves will kill him, and the village will lose the seer.
Why wolves would be happy? They can take out the seer N1 before he gets to seer anybody.
I haven't played a lot of games where there was a seer, but my intuition tells me that keeping the seer in the shadows is pro-village.
