When I tracked swings, she was "busy throughout the night tending to sisters of the Light and helping train young wizards", "had a natural air of authority and many years experience at the task, though she is still only a worker' and that "perhaps she'll climb the chain of command one day." So obviously she was a backup. If not to FFM, then who? That's what's bugging me and I feel like I don't know the stories well enough.

And the same can be said for everyone but WTF. She found rojo. No one else has nailed a wolf. We lucked into epi.

You really don't know how these games work do you. Just a place to spend time and poast gifs?

There's only two people the last original wolf could be. If the two you've given me numerous wolfy signals (far beyond how little information you've offered up), so, barring further evidence, I've chosen to lynch you. If anyone had a more compelling case for SOV I'd love to hear it, but I know DVMD and WTF were originally villagers do it doesn't leave me with s lot of options.

You seem so certain it's an original wolf...
 
I don't see any reason not to change the assumption that MJ is a wolf. Jojo would have to be incredibly obtuse to ignore the incredible ...and to me unfair.....advantage that gives the wolves. Jojo may be annoying and overly talkative but be isn't dumb. Unfortunately DVmd seems convinced he is not bsing about the connection being for lynch and wolf attack, so our hope here has to be we lynch MJ, DVmd is unfortunately killed, we block wolves tonight, and then we lynch MJ for victory tomorrow.

I have been all over FFM this game, but I have to follow my brain on MJ over my gut with FFM.

And DVmd if you are a wolf....bravo to you. Well played.

MJ has been hounded from the start of this game, rojo has to know that we would/will eventually lynch him. I don't think he is dumb in ignoring it gives a slight advantage to convert him, but how much exactly? We have been on MJ's case since Day 1 basically and the chance that we do lynch him has been great all game. I don't think rojo is dumb, but I also don't think converting MJ would be the smartest decision here either.

Also, it has been shown we can't block the wolves. People have tried to block rojo and it doesn't work.

This. I'm pretty much the worst candidate for conversion because people have been suspicious of me all game, I'm a noob so I suck at defending myself, and people would no doubt be watching or blocking me every night. I'm also the easiest person to start a bandwagon against since people have been hounding me from day 1, and setting me up has the advantage of taking out both villagers needed to end the game since you have to lynch DVMD first.

This is not true. I've been trying to get a bandwagon on you for days now and no one is joining me!

Not buying it. The fact is you are still here so obviously you are not the worst candidate. In fact, you are the best candidate because after the suspicions died down, no one considered you. Maybe an early conversion is unlikely, but late in game when most conversions happen....you are by far the game changer.

And you made it clear you are linked to DVmd who we all knew had some important role, so,we.were never going to lynch you.
This is role was designed in such a way that the wolves almost had to convert you if you were still alive in endgame. Making villagers lynch twice to get one wolf, and having that person be an important character is way beyond unbalanced. I mean if you picked some plain villager it would have been a different story.

And what is also damning to me is I have been naming you a wolf for days now, and you have ignored it...trying to fly under the radar, but now suddenly you defend yourself.

I honestly think the MJ thing has been beaten over so much and has been considered every single lynch that if I were a wolf, I would not convert MJ and sit back laughing while the villagers waste two lynches.

There are some things that we have not considered at all:

-Who brought back WTF?
-Does she really still have the same role? I know she says she was attacked, but I don't know. Something seems odd to me there. That was the night epivet was collared, and WTF supposedly had the agiel used on her and was attacked.
-Anyone here can be considered a conversion target, myself included. We have been so focused on arguing over MJ this game, that I think we have lost a lot of sight of the bigger picture and have been floundering around like fish out of water all game.

I am open to any other thoughts/opinions, but I honestly think wolves are just leaving MJ in the game to provide a distraction for the villagers.

I am ignoring his comments.

But you can not sit there and tell me that MJ has not been topic of just about every single damn lynch this game. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. It is a constant discussion over and over and over again.
 
This is the way I am thinking of this...

There are 6 players remaining..

WTF
SOV
FFM
myself
rojo
MJ

We already know rojo is a wolf. There has to be 2 wolves remaining, if there were 3, then the game would be over.

If MJ were a wolf, then villagers would not be able to win as you lynch MJ, I die. The wolves kill tonight and win the game.

Everyone else is fair game for being a convert, in my opinion.

The only other possibility is that Escalla did not allow for conversion and rojo really is the only remaining wolf, but I don't think that is likely.

I think this says quite a bit.

As a mod, would you allow for a player to even be convertible with a role like MJ's?

Think of that. The wolves have:

1. Rojo who is hard to kill.
2. Epivet who was able to escape a lynch

Do you really think Escalla would allow the game to become so unbalanced by also granting the wolves to convert the role that kills off villagers first? And keeps allowing him to confess people once those villagers die?

If she really did that, this game was won by the wolves before it even began.

I don't think MJs role is exactly what he says it is. He should post it on thread.
Why did he wait until night 2?
Is he really protected from attack and lynch?
Can he kill multiple villagers?

Something is not right about the role,

Also, in the book the confessors are killed if more than one person tries to get them. That is why I thought a lynch must work..because a lot of people are lynching whereas a wolf attack is usually one person.

And if he hadn't chosen YOU as his person, then he wouldn't have caused so much trouble.

I agree. But that is why I am more convinced he is a great choice. Because we always discuss him and never lynch him because we are scared. Why would you think that ever changes?

I would not be against seeing him post his exact role description on thread. For sure.

However, I do not think he is lying about the lynch killing me. Remember when I voted for him at the time I had collared him? I did so because I was frustrated. Escalla PM'd me and made it VERY clear that I was most definitely still under his control, despite the collar being used on him. I don't think she would have done that if I would have been safe from the lynch.

Basically, if MJ is a wolf and Escalla allowed him to be, this game was never winnable by the villagers.
 
You are Kahlan Amnell, the Mother Confessor. You rule over the Midlands from your palace in Aydindril. You have recently traveled to Westland to find the Seeker of Truth, the one that prophecy dictates will save the New World.


In the series, a confessor is a gifted (can use magic) woman who at the slightest touch can turn any person into a mindless slave who does anything to please the confessor. The books actually describe it as a touch of Unconditional Love, in which the confessed forgets his/her past life and only wants to please his/her new mistress. (Even to the point that if the confessor wanted the person to die, the confessed would do it…scary.)


Your ability is Confession. At any point in the game, you may choose a target to confess. The player will provide a passive protection so long as they are alive. This holds true for both lynches and night activities. However, if you are successfully attacked and the person under your confession is killed, you are silenced for one full cycle. You may confess another person during that cycle and may perform two confessions in total.

There must be a way to block the wolf kill tonight. Escalla?

Can you try putting a vote in for MJ and see if escalla can confirm if you are still under his spell. Maybe conversion freed you and she would tell you? Worth a shot?
