Day 1:
It was a beautiful day, the sun set as some were returning from their runs, the clouds in the sky turned the most beautiful pink and peach colors. Before Alexandria's gates were even pushed open they could hear the shouting. They pulled in and rushed over to see the entire town gathered together, in an uproar. Fingers were being pointed, and two men got into a scuffle, but in no time they were pulled apart and Rick's voice bellowed over the chaos, "Everyone listen! We have been through a lot, and I know tensions are high but we have to keep our wits about us. There are some among us that would threaten all that we have, all that we have worked for. We need to decide now, who goes." Everyone glanced around nervously, but then set their eyes on one. The survivors drew in closer to him, some pulled out knives, others pistols, but no bullets were needed to drain the light from his eye. His eyepatch fell to the floor, followed by his body. Everyone backed away slowly, some seemed sure of their decision, others stared, eyes wide and mouths agape, "What have we done?". In the midst of all the chaos, blood, and shouting, no one noticed that one was not the same as they were before. . .

My thoughts/info:
1. I surmised based on role description that arrows would be good for me. I ask for some on thread, thinking it was bold but perhaps bold enough to hold off wolves from killing me. That plus SOV's agreement with my item-heavy theory.
2. Morning results in PM and on thread: I was attacked and infected. PM clarified it meant I would die at lynch close. Later PM back and forth between mods means maybe I won't die at lynch close cuz reasons. Either way, it should be noted (and obvious but maybe just to me) that I was the victim of whoever does bad **** at night which is typically the wolf faction. Make of that what you will.

Yes, definitely lynch the person who was CLEARLY ATTACKED LAST NIGHT per the write up. That makes perfect sense.

Usually my assessments tend to fall in the same train with Snowy's, today all of her posts (in the last hour?) have made me twinge, leading up to the fact that she is lynching me, arguably one of the worst candidates today per the write up.

I clarified pretty clearly what happened to me last night, and you can even see in the thread where I originally stated I would be dying at lynch close, a mod quoting that with a "hmm", and then me quoting both and questioning my original statement. And then later clarifying that mod-shenanigans happened behind the scenes and maybe I wouldn't die. I would be sketched out by me saying I wouldn't die at lynch close too, except for the fact that you can follow it right on thread.

The logic here is so off I can't help but

You're not answering the question. I would like to know how it happened that you are not dead after being infected through a bite in the stomach that couldn't be amputated. As far as I know, the lore has no vaccine/cure for the zombie virus. If you are still alive that means either you're still dying at some point (just a really LONG delayed death mechanic) or you're alive for the wrong reasons...

Wanted to point out something that occurred to me - didn't Allie last minute claim she needed bullets? Did her role say anything about that? Because didn't pippy earlier claim she needed bullets? Not a huge stretch to think multiple characters would need that ammo, just thought it an interesting connection and wanted to bring it up on thread before night closed.

Off topic but is anyone else having trouble searching in thread for anything that happened today? Or having trouble with the app (i know I'm the only one who uses it but thought I'd ask)?

My opinion is I'm sketched. Mel seemed to be a battling force on the side of allie today who is now a known wolf. I also feel Mel's gameplay earlier today was pure distracting at times. A wolfy move? I'll be watching you more closely tomorrow.

Why tf would Allie claim to be seered on the thread if she knew someone "looked into her soul" and she was a wolf? I don't care how long someone's been playing -- a night result like that is almost 100% an affiliation seer attempt.

I feel like she maybe got converted via the "looking into" last night, and therefore would have "seered" village at the time (good cover in case there was a counter seer mechanic out there who might have chosen the same target in a small game), and for whatever reason decided to martyr herself today.

Hypothetically:
If Mel can create new zombies each night (or maybe even 2 given Jil's comment), then by the time people get around to lynching the village seer who's still mysteriously alive, then it might be too late to catch up.

Double converts could be counter balanced with KC/rezzes coming back village, with the additional village leaning mechanisms that are already in place.

Allie's rebuttal post also felt constructed to me. (Although tbf could also see that as a grumpy "I got caught" post so I'm not weighting it suuuper heavily).

I do want to re-read to check timing here because I just skimmed, but at quick glance this feels like an intentional bus.

And it is 100% up Mel's alley to do something like this. 100%.

Weird to post about reading the thread. You would just read it, right. Seems a bit defensive to me.

Disagree it's weird to post about catching up on the thread, this feels like a stretch. That being said, I didn't much like greenies most recent posts.

I have to kind of admit, I'm a little annoyed how this lynch is going. I was given crap yesterday for voting allieh because she's an "easy target" now people are voting her and I'm not sure I totally understand the reason. She said something earlier today that made me suspect she was village, though I admit I could totally be wrong.

Did anyone ask what this was? Ngl this feels like Jil got converted too.

Incorrect.. I'm the Governor and I can make a kill attempt some time during the game if I have bullets for my gun, which I do not.

I've been trying to gamesolve all day despite actually having a life today for once, AND I just said I'd come off you once you actually explained yourself

JFC nothing you've done up until item-revealing (which I still don't get why you and SOV have acting the way you have about it, difference in gamestyle maybe) has made your affiliation clear

You don't make any sense to me half the time Mel, and then you just call anyone wolfy that doesn't fall in line with your thinking

I don't even give a frak if you end up right about Allie, I won't apologize for thinking that you are pushy as a player in a way that is frankly counterproductive for village

the way you stir stuff up as a villager is exactly what you do as a wolf
