Lynch dina

Something she said yesterday pinged my radar. Dunno if I’ll be able to find it. Also ok with the Stagg lynch, but given how difficult it is to interpret info in this game, I’m not sure I want to put all my eggs in that basket.

Will be sparce this evening. Hosting people for games + GoT

Also I said it wasn't convincing, not that it didn't exist. I get all of your arguments for why you did most things, but to me those things are NAI. I was reading your tone as frustrated villager sure, but there's little else to say why you aren't a wolf, and when I look at how close you've come to being lynched I feel like I should have a better idea of that.

To clarify this @Stagg737, I feel like you've talked a lot about how very particular things don't make you a wolf (self prez voting for example), but there's nothing that I can think of as far as why I should think you are a villager. So it ends up looking kind of like a wolf upset at getting caught for the wrong reasons. Which is a thought I had on the D2 lynch as well, but at the time chose to believe frustrated villager instead.

I was planning on answering it when I was back on a computer today because it's extremely hard to ISO people and find quotes on mobile. While I was catching up on posts from last night and today I started feeling better about you and was re-evaluating. SOV voting for you confuses me because I have him leaning wolfy.

These were my reasons though if you still want to know.

I didn't like your votes because it seemed like you were voting for people I was reading heavily village at the time and I couldn't find a lot of explanation as to why.

I generally find you vague no matter what your affiliation, but it was starting to seem over the top to the point where you were deliberately being unhelpful (you and pips interaction the other day is the one that I can think of off the top of my head).

And SOV already said something similar but the comments about no convert hunting seemed excessive (even for you) especially in a game where the mod specifically stated that affiliations were fluid.

Because I listed Barks twice? I'm pretty sure I had stated before I posted that list that I had Barks as village.

Her flip to vote for ziggy happened after I had posted my list but before ziggy pointed out I had listed her twice hence my response to zigs.

I’m not a good jboo reader but this just feels largely off to me. I haven’t had Dina strong village but definitely haven’t seen anything to make me think Wolfy. I see where your thought process was jboo but I don’t agree.

Which votes didn't you like? I can't find where you expressed issue prior and were even planning on voting Coffee?, who I was also on.

Which Pippy/me interaction are you referring to?

Can you tell me the benefits of convert hunting right now? And do you know if "fluid affiliation" applies to that?

On D3 you stayed on Coffee on the way until the end. The only reasoning I can remember seeing was because you were waiting on reads. Yes I was thinking of voting for coffee because I wasn't a fan of the mpm lynch because I was trusting Barks' reverie and vouch on mpm. I didn't vote Coffee because zigs seemed confident about coffee (I trust my reads on ziggy). The day after SAR flipped you voted jboo which I thought was weird considering she had been voting for SAR days prior. This is why I asked if jboo was known for bussing.

I don't think they are any benefits to looking at and voting for people who were rezzed (dubz and Mel). However, I made a comment speculating if wolves had a hand in bringing back Mel and you immediately jumped on it asking if it was more convert hunting. It felt off because that was not what I was going for at all.

I think it was her trying to get more village cred by taking the easy way out (LIS rule) knowing that SAR wouldn't die with that lynch. When I flip village she can say she can say that if she were a wolf she'd have voted to lynch a villager. But now we're starting to get into WIFOM

And what are you expecting to make me feel village? You're interested in my lynch because you don't have a good reason to think I'm village but it sounds like you also don't think I'm all that wolfy until maybe today? So you're saying there's no one else, save Capri, that you have wolfy feels for and think should be lynched? I'm just confused at how I keep getting brought up for lynch when it's the same bad arguments over and over again (other than Genny's, which is actually understandable).

I dunno, figured I'd know it when I see it. In any case you've entered egg cracking territory, I see good arguments for wolfiness now without equally good arguments for villagerness, so I'm cool with it at this point.
I already said I can't lynch like anyone on my wolfy list, which I posted last night. If Capri is royalty and can't be lynched either I'll be sad.

Man I am tired of this misconception. Wolves do not need to Lynch villagers. I fact they are dumb to do it very often. Wolves kill villagers and leave the villagers to Lynch themselves. Using Voting record sucks for the most part as a strategy until way past the half way point.

I would never let fellow wolves be so obvious back in the day when i wolfed. And before all the “ but I catch wolves this way” comments, prove to yourself you haven’t caught more than the expected number and been wrong as expected. It just ain’t so. Please move on from this strategy until wolves are desperate and NEED to save each other.

I think I got everyone who is active. Generally higher on the list is sketchier, lower villagerier, but I'm pretty in the weeds when it comes to the neutral/villageish people.

Asterisks dictate that part of the neutral lean is due to claiming to be attacked. The strength of that as a contributor depends a bit on when in the game it occurred... Dina and Skim come to mind as early attacks and that has more weight in my mind than recently when it feels like everyone's getting attacked. Also a fudge factor for how likely I think you'd be to lie about it. lol.

From the sketch pile, I want to:

lynch TG again.

Why? Because as stated yesterday, emlady really contributed very little, but of the little this was one post:

Which struck me as a reach then and still does.
She was then involved in the Doggo kerfuffle right at the end of lynch and kinda threw out half assed reasoning when questioned the next day.

Then radio silence until TG showed up and...

I really don't like the seer invitation and "village as you can get" in response to what was either a single -maybe two actually - votes. Beyond that there's really just nothing to work off of because the role has been so quiet.

vs.:
SAR - think we should relynch at some point following flipping to Act 2 but obviously not right now.
Capri - I agree with Stagg's ISO on her and it's part of why I think she's a bit sketchier seeming than Stagg; there really has been pretty minimal input from her and it's hard to read too much with the post restriction/in-role playing. Slight hesitation due to the possibility of royalty lynch avoidance. Jumped on the lazy SAR vote yesterday.
Stagg - has vibed frustrated village to me since the first or so when called out by AM. I have nothing solid leaning him away from wolfy so he's on the list but I'm just not really feeling it.

Paws - I feel like I'm going to get yelled at putting her here because there was definitely some communication/reading between the character lines that I didn't understand D2ish but I have no real checks in her village box. She also jumped on the lazy SAR re-lynch yesterday. But also had some moments I liked (like calling me out on only questioning Mel not Ziggy early on) so actually, I'm going to move her lightly neutral from the sketchy stack.

This is getting long but is basically all my abbreviated thoughts for this afternoon. Potentially more post-GoT this evening.

I've only seen wolves only get away with predominately voting wolves when the game is bordering broken on wolf-heavy or if they have no history of bussing prior. Usually, bussing just backfires into consecutive wolf lynches now. Just for myself, I like to end the game as quickly as possible so that requires keeping as many partners alive as I can.

No I was thinking about whether it might mean SAR had lynch avoidance and could've been lynched during the glitch or if there is something else that is making her unlynchable, but nobody every came forward to claim they had rezzed Mel so it's nothing but speculation

Well, it's really empty to say you disliked with my voting when the only physical evidence I have is you agreeing with my voting.

I see the conversation, but as I pointed out at the time, I was legitimately confused. I didn't see you jumping in to clarify for me.

Does finding out why SAR is unlynchable help you find more wolves?

I said why I switched my vote yesterday. I was really hoping to sneak in a tie with you and SAR last minute.

I'm feeling better about AM today, right now you and Capri are the two that are available to lynch that are leaning the most wolf and whose flip will provide the most information. Also, Coffee was right about SAR and was very adamant about lynching her and I'm assuming she looked into you too. Is that sheeping Coffee's vote? Maybe, but she seems to have information that I don't and this game is very role heavy.
