that's a silly question. I haven't played with most of you. I don't know what dynamics have come about that would dictate that. She made herself a target by claiming importance. It is a risk you take when defending, but sometimes that's what has to be done no matter what. It's why I tend to not go there and use my play if I can, but since it was day 1, she was up the creek.

Then eli5 why nav wouldn't kill her based on people in the game? I must have misunderstood what you meant

This is a game that includes players such as myself and nyan that don't play often. It makes it slightly different than a normal game.

Don't know. There are a lot of villagers in this game. There are also people who have said things to push a Shelter lynch who aren't voting for her either, so it makes me a little uncomfortable.

Because vet that hasnt played in a long time buys you at least 3-4 days despite inactivity. No disrespect, just something ive noticed.

Shelter was my pm partner, and she was very inactive in the message board yesterday, but was pming me semi-regularly and posted as soon as lynch closed

anyway, apologies, I am here. I did open a PM with accident (can we come up with a nickname for that or something?) earlier today to gauge how much of a noob they really were. doesn't seem totally clueless but could totally be consulting with mpm behind the scenes (ETA: they are PMing, but they could also be discussing game IRL). as I said to accident, I didn't anticipate as many pages as we have here and have been procrastinating reading everything because that's who I am fundamentally as a person.

this is the second game i've played in which skiotter has died the first day instead of whoever was actually lynched ("destined to die" may have even been the verbiage they used last time). I think it's something about her being convinced to play but not actually wanting to play, so there's the guise of playing and then conveniently dying d1 (forgive me if this theory is untrue) - not sure if she's played games between the one I'm referring to and this one, if not, perhaps this was to be expected? either way, i don't think it's something to overly read into.

plan to overcome my procrastination demon and catch up tonight and tomorrow morning. will do a megapost of sorts with my thoughts.

You are also quite sure of miranda, if I might remind you. And with shelter, the thing that Flock said about PMing weirded me out, plus the promising to get back on and never doing it. In some ways that is worse than just ghosting with no warning... it feels different

Three reasons...

The first being that I literally forgot Ny was playing.

Second, there was more to the shelter vote than just inactivity. It also had to do with what little she said while she was here.

And third, I'm not really okay with lynching MOOSE today and shelter was actually on the board where as Ny is not. All things considered, I would have also been okay with lynching you today over MOOSE if it came down to it.
