I think both are true. Just because she becomes a village read very quickly because of her own reads doesn't mean she starts there right out the gate.

I get killed by wolves early because I often push at least one wolf D1 and end the day with my vote on one, not because I'm a top village read (have confirmed this with the packs after the fact). I've been questionable basically every time I'm villager.

Yes, because that's the point of a pressure vote, but it's not like a pressure vote cannot be changed. You're making a big deal out of something that really isn't. I don't think you're wolfy for it, but this is the second game in a row (for me, because I didn't play FTF's game) where people have acted like pressure votes aren't a thing and tried to yeet me for it, and it's annoying. Just because it's something you don't care to do yourself doesn't mean it's not a way of playing that exists and that I've done plenty of times before. And honestly, I don't think I've ever placed a pressure vote and then stayed on it to yeet close - because generally the person I've placed it on shows up and posts enough content that I see reason to move elsewhere.

Ok, well, again, I have literally never missed a yeet close, so I don't think you have to worry about that.

If I had made up some reason to be voting samac instead of point blank saying that I'd RNGed the people who hadn't posted yet, would we even be having this conversation?

She did have 1 good point though. That a pressure vote could be a mirage to say “look I’m doing something for the village” when it’s not really useful to vote someone who is sleeping. And when she comes on to post it will be because she woke up, not because you pressure voted her.

I think mkg's sass and boldness is pushing her toward a village lean given her meta. I find it interesting that Pippy chose to push your buttons again, can't tell if that's just Pippy having fun or if there's some kind of incentive behind it, keeping an eye on her. You've not pinged me yet at all. I found Dubz's naked vote interesting but I think she wouldn't make that kind of a move as a wolf.

Shorty and sun are in neutrals, the things they've said have all been NAI to their metas so far. The pressure vote discussion feels like a big distraction and I don't have a good feel of where to start reading the people who's posts have almost all been about the pressure discussion. It's just a lot of personal preference that people would probably be arguing regardless of their affiliation.

I’m not even the primary person discussing it with shorty, that’s mkg. I’ve only really engaged with it so far as how it does actually effect reads. Look at my last post regarding the discussion.

well if you BSed it, I'd hope someone would call you on it idk what real reason there would be to vote someone who isnt on yet. but like yeah, if you were voting for someone else for an actual reason sure I wouldnt have an issue with it. And I get it, its D1 and there isnt much to go on yet, but like I said, I just dont see how pressure voting someone who we know wont be on is contributing anything to the thread.

Well since you apparently have no problem with salt votes, if I'd said something like "yeet samac for tie breaks in England," that wouldn't bother you? I don't agree that pressure voting someone is somehow contributing less to the thread than if I'd been like "yeet Zenge because his sock choice today bothers me."

This is most likely v/v nonproductive arguing and I'm going to focus on reads instead.

I know, I didn't say you were. The most I've seen from you has either been about the pressure discussion or about your Zenge yeet that I don't really understand, so I've got no feels to lean you either way.

That could be true about Genny’s vote, idk. I have a hard time reading Genny.

I’m not saying there’s something to a vote on Dubz. I’m saying April just village read Dubz, and Genny has her vote on Dubz. Genny and April had an interesting interaction earlier and so in light of that, and their potential disagreement about Dubz, I wanted to get April’s thoughts on Genny.

I think so? I never know. I think they’re too small though, because I got some running shoes a few months ago and they measured me and I got a bigger size than these. But I feel like companies never match up equally. Like a 12 Nike is not going to fit the same as a 12 New Balance. Sometimes my big toes feel squished so maybe they are a little small.

Edit: Also why did you sad react my socks? What’s wrong with my socks?! :sorry:
