Night 2 write-up flavor:
As the night grew darker and darker, the shadows hid the man in the top hat. He stared calculatingly at the old woman walking along the Central Park path, her grey hair catching the light of the park lamps. The flap and swoosh of wings were heard as the figure made his way to block her path. He knew she was vulnerable, easy to manipulate her morality and twist it to his will. And with that, she was under his control. To make her more recognizable to her loved ones and a better pawn to his game, he gave her her youth back - he gave her her smile, her bouncy blonde hair, her taste for blood. In better circumstances this would have been cause for celebration: Waverly Place got back a trusted ally and a beloved friend and love. But, this was sinister. Through her, he could do anything - maybe even turn the Russos to the dark side…
As the man in the top hat looked into her wide, obedient eyes, he laughed, “I finally defeated the power of the Russos.” And all was quiet and dark until the girl’s pendant started glowing with such bright light that the man had to shield his eyes. A tear trailed down her face as she said looking up at the sky seemingly speaking to someone, “I never gave up. I knew that somehow, someday we would be together again.”
And it all went white for a few moments. Then, darkness returned but instead of the two figures, a black feather floated down on to the grass. The smell of fried chicken was apparent in the air but no one was around to notice.
Hope you enjoyed the fruits of my procrastinating instead of studying more for my anatomy written exam tomorrow.
Night 2 flip reveals coming shortly.
