The interview at UCSD is great. It is hard to find parking, so get there early if possible. They have a quick session and then send you out to interview with two people for 45 minutes each. These interviews can be in the different affiliated hospitals, so you may have to take a shuttle bus there and back, and the schedule is tight, so make sure you don't miss your bus back, although the buses seemed to be running about 8 minutes late on the day I visited.
After the interviews, there is a lunch with whatever students happen to be around, and then a tour of the facilities, which are AWESOME. They have a brand new building for teaching, they have great new labs all around the campus, and are building a huge new hospital (although that will just be opening as we are graduating).
If you haven't looked into OESS there, it's very interesting and I don't know of any other school that has something like this. It's one of the reason the USMLE step 1's at UCSD are so high.

After the tour, there is another quick session with admissions.
The curriculum seems very well designed, and they have a cool system where you go work with a practicing physician in the community, so your not just seeing patients in the hospital setting, sort of like an apprenticeship.
A big part of the student activities are the free clinics run by Ellen Beck, so if you can arrange to come a day early or stay that night you can get a tour. They will tell you information about this after you get invited, so maybe wait a bit before buying your plane ticket, so you can visit this great part of the school.
Good luck to everyone!
