can I still submit even if my last letter of rec is not in yet? (it will be in by the end of July... my PI is currently out of country.... also the secondary is the same for MSTPs?
I could be wrong, but I don't think you're a "Post-bac" unless you graduated a while ago, and then returned to a school to do pre-med pre-reqs that you didn't do in college. I graduated six years ago but haven't taken any extra classes, and I don't consider myself "post-bac." I'm still using my undergrad committee.I just graduated in May, making me a Post Baccalaureate student, but my medical advisory committee is making a committee letter for me. However, that option is only for Non-Post-Baccalaureate student. Anyone know how I should fill this out? This is Step 6 on the Secondary in case you don't know what I'm talking about.

Like I said, I could be wrong. But it sounds like you're okay. Just say you're Not a Post-bac and then it gives you a place to name your premed advisor.
yeah i got the page could not be found page also after submitting my application. dont know what the deal is with that. also i got worried when i previewed the secondary after submission my work info wasnt included in the preview. did anyone else have that issue?
Anyone else have an opinion on the pixels of the picture? I thought 160x125 were the exact pixel specifications, not just the estimation of the ratio. Im sure it doesnt matter much but just wondering what everyone did. It seems small but large enough to see what the person looks like if its a head shot.
However, I answered two of the questions on the history section ([1]if you are taking time off this one year while you apply and [2] if you have any payed work during undergrad) and only one of the questions appeared as completed on the printable version of my application after i submitted.
Did anyone else have this problem 😕
YUP. Exactly what happened to me. I think a few other people above in the thread had the same problem. I wonder if its worth a call to the admissions office just make sure everything was correctly submitted?

Everyone has had this problem so I'm pretty sure its fine and we don't need to call. But post to confirm if you do.
Weird. I submitted mine and all the history questions I answered showed up on the printable version.

Really? Did you do a lot of them? It seems like everyone who has 2 has had this problem. I'm just wondering maybe there's a threshold for the display before it increases? Like someone else and I both wrote the working in school and what are you up to since graduating questions and only saw one?
Did you have like 4 questions written out?

Can you not log back in once you've submitted? I keep getting a "Page Not Found"
For those of you who provided an essay because you are not a full time student this coming year and are taking the year your applying off to do something else. It says to follow up on the completion of what you say your going to do. How exactly do we follow up? Do we email them about our plans and how if they have changed or been completed? If so, do you do this before the interview? After the interview? Any clarification on this will help.
As a reapplicant who took a year off for the first cycle, do I answer this question for my plans for the following year?
I plan to take off this year, after just having graduated, while I apply to medical school
(Please explain what you plan to do this year and please provide confirmation of your plans when they are complete.)
I assume they want to know what I plan to do the following year, but I don't fall into the category of having just graduated.
Any help would be appreciated.
Since you didn't just graduate, I don't think this question applies to you. There is another one that asks if you have taken a year or more off from school that would probably apply to you.
Don't think so. No one seems able to.
For the work during academic year question, should we also mention summer jobs or are they strictly referring to jobs during Sept-May
I have taken off at least a year since college graduation I'm a non-trad, started work right after graduation. Just recently decided to switch careers after 5 years. I don't really consider working full time as "taking off time" but not 100% sure if I need to answer this question. Any insight? Thanks!
Well I'm doing a couple of things both big and small. For example, doing research will not change any time soon, However, if I get published I would like to tell them. So I guess I can always email them for that. Also, I am applying for other things on the side that won't be finalized until then end of the summer so I didn't mention them, but if I do get the positions, do you think I should email them as an update to what I'm doing. I would definitely like to tell them, but not sure if it would be appropriate to tell them via email, or mention in an interview.
So slight issue.
I payed the application fee, but like an idiot I went back through the application before submitting. However, it would not let me get to the submission page without paying the application fee again. So I payed it, and as a result Einstein charged me twice.
Do you guys think cancelling one of the payments on my card would affect the secondary?
