Another two offers went out. Notice they also increased the number of offers typically needed to fill the class.

As of June 1, 2013, we have .....
Received 884 AMCAS applications
Received 715 Supplementary applications
Interviewed 463 applicants
Made 130 offers
(Generally it takes 120-135 offers to fill a class)

Hey everyone. I am thinking about applying to Brody for the 2014 cycle and was just wondering what some of the GPAs and MCAT scores were for the people accepted in 2013. I've obviously looked at the past averages but I'd like to get some personal answers and see what they say or if anything is said about a lower than average GPA or MCAT score.

I attended an application review after I was interviewed and rejected. They had stats for me on the first 80 people offered spots. The GPA info was seriously mind blowing compared to past data I had seen.

cGPA

41..........3.81 - 4.0 Over half of this bracket I believe had 4.0's
24..........3.61 - 3.8
4............3.41 - 3.6
4............3.21 - 3.4
4............3.01 - 3.2

sGPA was bout the same


MCAT was broken down per section, typically a 10 average

And I believe 43% of the class at that point were re-apps.

Only two more offers went out last month. Seems like last year saw lots more movement.

On another note, I started my secondary for Brody for 2014 today. I still hope I can matriculate here someday.
