There is no way you would pick Yale over HST. I am calling BS.
 
If you do a google search, you can find the page for this year's second look weekend... Way to tease us before decisions are even out! 🙄

I've been able to maintain a surprising amount of equanimity about this until now, but I think that's finished. Also: I have an exam on Wednesday at 5:15, immediately after working all day! It is going to be so awesome. D:

Here's the most recent med school parody (that I could find) by Yale Med. If you look under the user who posted this, there's a whole bunch of videos from the Second Year Show-they got a zombie apocalypse thing going haha.

ahhh 3 days. i'm trying so hard to be realistic and not get my hopes up, but subconsciously i keep thinking that there is possibly a chance! good thing i have an exam on tuesday to divert my attention...otherwise i would be incredibly unproductive these next few days!

it's amazing how quickly the past few months have gone, but these last few days are dragging on forever!!!
 
Just out of curiosity, where did the idea that acceptances come out 3/13 come from? On MSAR, it says the earliest date is 3/15? Did they tell us at the interview?

Good luck everyone! Really hopeful for this! Trying to stay as optimistic as possible. 🙂

I guess high scores don't really matter for med schools, is what I'm getting from this cycle
 
Rejected. Pretty bummed out, but glad i even got the chance to interview I guess. Sucks to come this far, but things happen for a reason i guess 🙁

Wangers! I'm really sorry to hear this. I've been rooting for you on the sidelines, and it's pretty insane that you would be accepted everywhere but your top choice. I'd recommend casually mentioning in your letters where else you have been accepted and then state that you would go to Yale above all of them. You're obviously a catch. Good luck!
 
Rejected! Kind of a relief since I won't have to agonize over where to go now. Best of luck to everyone else!

WLed. This was my favorite school of the places I interviewed at. But had a great cycle and so should not complain. Congrats to everyone accepted!
 
Accepted! Wow I can't believe it...I actually thought I had a rough interview. I'm so excited! I'm sorry to all those waitlisted but there seems to be quite a bit of movement.
 
Accepted 2hrs ago! Congratulations to all those accepted!

Wasn't expecting this one after riding the waitlist train at other schools. I guess there is hope out there for all of us even those on the waitlist.

Fell in love with Yale when I interviewed..Can't wait for August and second look!
