So the email for continued applicants says "Applicants from the pool of continued candidates may receive a final decision at any time after today."

But I think I heard from the interview date that acceptances will be released on specific dates ( 2 more to go). Did anyone hear anything different? They may have changed it since I interviewed early.

I interviewed after you (I think) and heard that it was released on specific dates; maybe they're recycling the continued email from when they used to have that practice?
 
Do they not send out all the continued emails in one batch? That's odd.

Is it possible to be neither continued nor accepted today? Like, just more radio silence?

For those accepted, when were your interview dates?

Anybody know what interview dates they're sending decisions out for today? If I interviewed 9/12, should I actually be nervous for today or will I not be hearing anything until the next date?

Edit: also, does anybody know if they'll be releasing any more tomorrow? Or if we didn't hear today, are we waiting for mid-December?

Same here, in August. Not sure what the hold up is, they said we'd definitely hear either accepted or continued

Going off post count in this year vs. last years threads, there seems like there has been less activity in both continuations and acceptances. Of course, this could be a pretty flawed metric because that thread had almost twice as many posts at this time, so maybe that accounts for the apparent difference in activity.

Do you remember if they told you on your date that you'd be notified 10/17? I interviewed 9/12, and I feel like I remember them saying that, but I'm not totally positive.
 
In August I remember them saying the date would be oct. 17. I'll probably call the office tomorrow to see if they're just behind or if they're actually pushing people to the next rolling date. I don't see why they'd do the latter.
 
Did any other MSTP applicants get a physical letter, but no email, saying that they got continued? It feels weird. Are there any MSTP acceptances we know about yet?

Yeah I wish they'd send the continued emails all at once. I thought I was sitting well given that I hadn't gotten an email but then it came late in the day.

Just goes to show you never know how your interview really went. I thought I performed better in my interviews at pritzker than at another school, but I was accepted at that school and continued at pritzker. At least I was lucky enough to get one acceptance! Not everyone gets that opportunity so I'm grateful for that.

Any advice for continued applicants? I plan on sending an update letter/letter of interest ASAP, not sure how much or what else I can do to maintain an active application.

Pritzker has definitely impressed me the most on the interview trail thusfar, so I want to do anything I can.
 
Does anyone know if there is a place to accept the offer? the portal does not show anything

They definitely encourage update letters if it's a top choice. Emily has also told me that it's also acceptable to send an update saying, "Hey, i've been to a few schools and so i have a better idea of what i like, and Pritzker fits the bill for X,Y,Z reason," which sounds like it was the case for you. Just keep it concise, and don't spam them.
 
This is my first post on SDN (although I've been a long time creeper). I got the acceptance call on Monday. As usual, they were very nice.

Nope. It's just merit based. I think they might notify you later in the year.

They also sent an email shortly after the phone call, I believe.

Is the breakfast hosted by the Office of Multicultural Affairs on everyone's interview schedule or just URM?

The multicultural office breakfast is for all interviewees. At my interview day there was a panel of M1s/M2s at the breakfast who answered our questions about Pritzker.
