Hey guys I was scheduled for an interview Monday but called them to be considered for Virginia instead. Had a change of heart in the order I originally ranked preferences for campus. I hope my interview goes to one of you!

Is anyone aware if acceptance to one location would mean acceptance to another? I was recently accepted to Spartanburg but may want to change my preference to Auburn but I'm not sure if this would mean having to interview again?

From what I remember them saying in admissions webinars, your interview and acceptance is conditional only to the location you chose, it can't be transferred around to another location, but that if you contact the adcom and let them know you're now interested more in a different location they can possibly work with you or at least give you info on where to go from there. Congrats on the acceptance!

Thank you so much!

Interviewed today and LOVED it!! I think this was mentioned earlier, but did you guys send thank you emails? I cannot find the contact information for my interviewers.

Edit: ended up sending them a message through the VCOM website.

Does anyone know how much the deposit fee is? And when it’s due by?

For those who have gotten a decision, what was the turnover time from interview to decision?

Interviewed 10/14 and heard back 10/27, but I know there were people who interviewed the day before my group who heard back after 1 week. It just depends when the committee meets for your interview group. Pretty quick turnaround either way though!

Stats if you don’t mind sharing?

Haven't heard back from this school since I submitted my primary in mid-July... should I consider this a silent pre-secondary R?

Some folks have received their secondary from VCOM after waiting ages according to earlier in the thread. I wouldn't consider it an R until you get that R from them.

Just wanna tell everyone I submitted my secondary for VCOM Auburn in late July and haven't heard a thing besides the virtual programs...idk what's taking them so long!

Hi guys! I sent my application in the very first day possible. I have not heard back from this school at all, and I am really interested in it. I never even got a secondary for the school which is weird because I have gotten one from every other school I applied to. Should I call/email to make sure my application is not lost somewhere or missing anything?

According to their website and the thread, they're picky about who gets a secondary. Nothing wrong with reaching out to see if someone will pull your app! Adcoms are only human and things do get missed.

Hi guys! I interviewed 11/11 and im just wondering when I’ll hear back. They never told us a date to expect to hear back by. Getting anxious

Submitted my primary at the end of September and have yet to receive a secondary. Should I be worried?

Do you guys think we’ll hear back from vcom today for the 11/11 interview?
I interviewed on 11/10 and haven’t heard back yet. I’m thinking it’ll be sometime next week because of the holiday.

I have a general question about AACOMAS and the academic update that hopefully someone might be able to help me with. I just received my official Fall 2020 grades and I've entered them into AACOMAS where I am supposed to. I already requested an official transcript be on the way to AACOMAS as well. So here is my question: if my official transcript makes it to AACOMAS before December 15 (the first day you can do an academic update), can I email the admissions team at the school letting them know my new grades are in? Or do I HAVE to wait until December 15 and do an official academic update through AACOMAS? If anyone has gone through this please let me know your thoughts!
