Have any ORMs with 123 CARS received an II? In previous years' rejection emails, I saw that this was listed as a potential cause of rejection (specifically, "low MCAT subsection score"). Their 10th percentile for this section is 126, according to MSAR.

I believe you are good. You got interviews from Pittsburgh and UC, so don't worry.

are there any current students who would be able to answer some questions/tell me a bit about your experience? interviewing next week!

For those of you who interviewed already, were you informed about who your interviewer was before the interview?

Is anyone else's Educational History essay appearing blank?

I know I wrote an essay for it (and still have it in my drive) but now im wondering if I forgot to copy/paste it in. Not stressed seeing as it didn't make or break anything but maybe I can bring up its content in my interview if they haven't heard it yet.

So the dean of admissions did an interview for some website a while ago, and they said that applications end up being thrown into one of three piles after being reviewed.

1) top x% gets an interview

2) bottom y% gets rejected

3) middle z% gets put on an internal waitlist for an interview.

No news is good news for this school. They are not scared about rejecting people once they read through your application.

Yeah, definitely seem to be the case. My friend is still waiting to hear back and they submitted their secondary closer to 07/20.
According to a podcast the associate dean of admissions went on , the top 20% of their initial screening are invited for an interview right away, the next 20% are held for interview (probably until after their first wave of acceptances in December?), and then the next 60% get those early rejections so it seems like your friend is in the running to hear back in the new year if not sooner !!

Good Luck! I interview on friday so if you're interviewing beforehand lmk how it goes!
So chill! I loved my interviewer, and I think they do a reall great job of matching students up with someone similar to them. Tbh all the questions were pretty specific to my application so definitely take a reallll good look at it beforehand

Congrats on finishing your interview! Must be a big relief. If you can share, were there any ethics-related questions during the interview?
