Same thing for me. I clicked on the date and it allowed me to submit. But still no email so not sure if the email system was updated properly.

I would wait until you get an actual email. Or you could email them and let them know about their mistake (if it is one) and maybe they'll tell you to schedule. Also, for the sake of your SDN signature, this only counts as 0.9 II (1 when you can schedule

I called the admissions office and they told me if we scheduled our interview before emails were sent out then we won't be getting an email. They reassured me saying there was not other information on the email besides a link to schedule for one of the interview dates.
