Hey guys current M1 at Drexel, just wanted to provide my timeline last year for some insight. Got my interview invite first week of March (3/6), completed my interview late March (3/19), deferred June (6/11), waitlisted a week later (6/18), and accepted off of the waitlist July (7/16).There’s still hope for those of you waiting. A good number of my classmates also had march interviews and got off of the waitlist.

that sounds so stressful but it's great to know there's still hope. did you commit to your gap year plans by that time? i can only imagine how much of a shocker that was

Haha yes I was planning on continuing my gap year job as a scribe. Also was about halfway done with secondaries, so was pissed that I had to spend money on that again. Would be happy to answer questions if any wants to DM me.

wait so if we're interviewing in March, we likely wont hear back until may or june?! sheesh i'm interviewing on monday and was hoping that maybe it would be a quicker turnaround fml
I would guess you’d find out end of April or early May. A lot of people will drop Drexel around the end of April to narrow to their one choice, and they may accept you then.

For a letter of intent should I just uipload it to the portal or also email it to the admissions email address?

Keep getting updates about financial assistance but nowhere is there a penny of aid...does this mean that I would have to pay full price? Cuz Imma withdraw SO fast if that's the case
Where do you keep getting updates about financial assistance? Bc all I’ve heard from them is their initial “Financial Aid Award” which is just loans lol

Does anyone know the chance of being accepted after getting deferred?

How do I obtain a fingerprint card for the FBI Fingerprinting Report if I am mailing it in. I don't live in PA, so do I have to go to my local precinct to get fingerprinted and mail that in?
