they’re a private institution, so they don’t have to follow any residential guidelines they’d have to meet in order to receive funding

Application reviewed all the way back in 8/18/2024 wait is brutal actually. I thought I would have heard back by now. They do interview into April, maybe is due to my below-average MCAT or who knows. I thought I would receive an interview from Howard as I believe I am a strong mission fit applicant. Good luck to all.

While I was doing the same, I went through all the posts in last cycle's thread and tried my best to track the outcomes of everyone who posted along with the dates they shared. For privacy reasons, I left out usernames, but all other data remains the same.

Doing this helped ease my nerves, and I hope it can do the same for someone else. It may be a little messy and hard to read (sorry about that!) Wishing you all the best of luck—hang in there!

i don’t remember my LM right now and I can’t find the calculator but i know it’s low 🫠 i’m a non-trad student with a low ugrad gpa and a high post-bacc/masters gpa

You can find the LizzyM (LM) score calculator by hitting the calculator tab on SDN. Hope this helps. And fingers crossed for an II in the new year!

At the first Friday that I went to, they seemed to not want update letters unless they were very significant, she said “we know you’re interested because you applied so you don’t need to send up another email”
