What recommendations do you all have for the interview? How long does it take?
There are 5 or 6 questions I don't really remember. Before each question, there is a short introduction video (that's not really relevant tbh), then you will go to the question screen, have 45s to read the prompt and plan your answer, then 2 minute to film your answer.
Rec: try to plan your answers for the questions on SDN, some appeared on my real interview. Hot take: they didn't even ask my to introduce myself or why DO, and then they tried to squeeze in 2-3 questions into 1 question prompt.
Dummy example: Fruits and veggies are beneficial for our health in general. What do you think about fruits? Apple is also a good fruit, what do you like about apple? How do you incorporate apples into your everyday meal?

if you already got in... when did you attend the on campus day and when did they offer you an acceptance?
wondering about this too... they say the on campus day is optional but I'm really curious whether it has an impact on the decision

i finished my interview 11/12 and attended on campus day 12/13... hoping to hear something before the end of the year..

Does LECOM give a lot of interview invites? I feel like I've only been seeing WLs recently from the IIs on this thread and at Bradenton 🙁

per admit.com they give out 4,000+ interviews and accept ~1300 across all four campuses

I just received a text from the admissions office with a link to a check-in form. The form is essentially a "mid-cycle check-in" asking if I am still interested in LECOM and if I'm interested in seeing the outcome of my application. Did anyone else receive something like this?

Hello! Canadian applicant here! Couple of questions:

1) I got the invitation to fill the supplemental application a week and a half ago. When I have to pick a campus, do they only consider me for that one? Can I not say any campus? If I can't, what do you guys recommend in terms of feasibility of getting in.

2) also in the supp app, I had to enter residency status. Since Im canadian I selected non resident but it still asked me for a residency card number. Whats that about?

I emailed them and they sent me a doc saying foreign students need to show proof of funds, but when I asked them where I coukd submit that proof, they haven't replied despite multiple followup emails. Anyone know?

Thanks!

1/ The campus preference form is part of the interview "package". If you don't fill out the form, they will forfeit your interview. You have to pick your 1st preference, 2nd preference, 3rd preference. And for each campus, you have to pick your 1st/2nd/3rd preference for pathways. I believe they will consider you for all campuses and pathways, but also consider your preference.
2/ I have no idea
For me, I needed to submit my greencard photo, and they opened a tab (checklist) for me to submit that on my portal. I think they will open something like that on your portal once they have the chance to review your primary application/
They're not great in terms of responding to email, maybe try calling them?

Is there a groupme for accepted students?

edit: any primary care scholar pathway peeps?

Does anyone know long do they take to send a secondary app, i submitted my primary over a month ago. i called a couple weeks ago and they said I was still under preliminary review but it seemed like people were getting their secondary form like days after submitting the primary

Just got an ii!!! I haven't had time to search through this thread yet, so I apologize for the ignorant question but, the email says "You have been selected for an admissions interview with LECOM Erie, Seton Hill, Elmira NY". Does this mean my one interview will be considered for all 3 campuses?
Mine specified Erie so I would assume yes you’re considered for all three

What is discussed in the optional "tips and recommendations" zoom before the interview? How crucial is it to attend?

I was recently accepted to LECOM Erie to enroll this fall (2025). I am really trying to reach out and meet people before I move up. I figured I'd make a groupchat to try and get other accepted students together.

I am so excited to make some new friends during this next chapter : )
If anyone knows of any existing groupchats or social media pages doing what I'm trying to do, please let me know.
