I was able to get to the Find Application page by closing the page it took me to immediately after creating my account and logging back in!

did previous application cycles have a attest to another author writing your app? I know some people hire other people to write, and this year the craze is artificial intelligence, but I was just wondering if this type of thing is completely new.
