OOS “priority” wl right now. Interview 1/27

I should start calling myself the waitlist harvester at this point lol. The interviewer for the school literally said “I think you would be a perfect fit for this school. I will give you my highest recommendation” and I still got the waitlist. This whole process is a giant cluster that I just don’t understand

Super crushed as it was my top choice and my interviewers were so kind. One of the faculty even said “if you choose us please stop by my office when you get on campus” 🙁

Idk if we can say whether it is good or bad. I talked to a med student who used to interview and she said it just depends on when your interviewers submit their evals. If they take longer your overall review gets pushed to the next month

Does anyone know when the Commit to Enroll deadline is? Currently on the WL for another school and would like to see how that plays out. But there's a good chance that the WL movement for that school starts after the CTE deadline for Netter, which would put me in an unfortunate situation.

Dang are they even accepting anyone at this point? it's only been waitlists for the last like 3 weeks

+1 priority WL. Looks like most people from early January onwards got a priority WL or post-II R.

Historically they've sent many As through Jan, Feb, and March so not sure what has changed this year. Kinda find it hard to believe that the class filled before January lol

It could also be that far more people are using cycle track this cycle but way more people were accepted earlier this cycle than last
