I was told previously that Boonshoft doesn’t accept letters of intent, but admit.com says they do. Given that waitlist movement is starting, I want to send a letter, but not while admissions is swamped. Did anyone else send a letter?

a question for a current student: how do lectures work? I know it’s flipped classroom, but since there’s no lectures to study from (from what I’ve heard) do you just use third party resources to study the night before? Or are materials given to you to study?

Not a current student, but at second look, during the student panel, they mentioned that the nature of the content as well as related readings are provided before class. Some students use the readings to prepare, while others may use third party resources to understand the content better.

student at bsom here, There are no lectures which youll soon end up learning to love. We have something called PI (peer instruction) learning where we are assigned textbook readings and you can choose to read the assigned chapters or find whatever 3rd party resource works for you the day before. The following day, you basically have a clicker and a question posted up and you answer it, if less than 80% get the question right you get to discuss with your peers and input a new answer. If 80% or more get it correct then someone gets called to answer the question straight away and boom the professor walks you through the concept being tested and you move on. PI is usually 4 hours long M-Th

any other top of the list applicants not received an acceptance offer yet 🙁 seems like its moving so slow this year, across all schools...wondering if i need to reapply
Sameeee. I would encourage us to continue to be patient. It's been difficult, but since the trend has shown that the top third is accepted, it has been a bit helpful to endure.
