Do most DO Schools ask to disclose an arrest/charge record on the secondaries even if there is no conviction?

Isn't there a disclosure section for this on the primary application?

Primary application asks for just convictions.

Most secondaries I see do ask you to do that. They give you a chance to answer yes/no and then explain what happened
