My books have voted one of their own off of the shelf and into the eager maw of my waiting dog.

Chewed to pieces is a lovely book exploring the cultural importance and history of butter. It also had some mean pie dough and german pancake recipes in it. My kitchen will sorely miss its presence.

Dead is
@SportPonies , who was Butter: A Rich History by Elaine Khosrova, a VILLAGER who could give one player a butter-themed post restriction once a night.

It’s a culinary catalyst, an agent of change, a gastronomic rock star. Ubiquitous in the world’s most fabulous cuisines, butter is boss. Here, it finally gets its due. After traveling across three continents to stalk the modern story of butter, award-winning food writer and former pastry chef Elaine Khosrova serves up a story as rich, textured, and culturally relevant as butter itself. From its humble agrarian origins to its present-day artisanal glory, butter has a fascinating story to tell, and Khosrova is the perfect person to tell it. With tales about the ancient butter bogs of Ireland, the pleasure dairies of France, and the sacred butter sculptures of Tibet, Khosrova details butter’s role in history, politics, economics, nutrition, and even spirituality and art. Readers will also find the essential collection of core butter recipes, including beurre manié, croissants, pâte brisée, and the only buttercream frosting anyone will ever need, as well as practical how-tos for making various types of butter at home--or shopping for the best.

To note, Cubs will be sleeping at this unGodly hour, so if you want to help Meats, the earlier the better!

I’m also a little disappointed we couldn’t be entertained by some butter themed post restrictions

Coop seemed an interesting topic for everyone. I'm gonna put her as neutral. Doggo raised my eyebrows a bit when she voted coops. She said her initial read on coops had her as wolfy and that pinged me real weird since she hasn't played in a while.
I think it was mentioned, but I never did vote for coop.

Does doggo normally post more than this? Asking for a friend. The friend is me.
Yeah normally, I was highly distracted today.

*****lynch doggo******

Come out and play! You were lots more active in anesthesia!
I'm trying

I didn’t like her Barks vote “because why not?” Also I’m not familiar with her and I’m trying the Sunbodi method where you go for who posted the least lol. I already said it was based on feels and I haven’t read anyone else a whole lot anyways
Barks was my joke vote, so that where the 'because why not' came from

I’m not even wolfreading doggo. I know I have to submit a lynch vote and she’s the one most sus to me right now. I honestly feel like I suck at this game and can’t read for s*** 🙁
You'll get there, I still feel like I can't ready people either

Low key surprised we didn’t hear more from @BigCats closer to lynch close
I was in the shower for most of it and increasingly unconvinced by Sporty’s posts- sounded like upset fluff about coming online to find out she was being lynched with no real substance to her posts, plus I thought her calling out miz and jboo for not posting enough was kind of ironic and strange. I had doggo as a stronger village read, so wouldn’t flip there, and I didn’t want to leave things in a tie if I voted for anyone else.

Lol that was a long shower!!! Glad to see you’re back!

I swear my roommate is going to kill me one of these days haha, we’ve shared a bathroom for two years now and I am the absolute worst bathroom hog. My record for “longest shower ever” was a few weeks after I broke my hip and I had a little shower stool to sit on... the main limiting factor for how long my showers take is how long I can stand there without getting bored, and I was there for two hours. TWO. HOURS. The hot water cycled through TWICE before I finally was like “yeah that’s good”. On an unrelated note, my mom hid the shower stool after that 🙁

Lowkey really disappointed by this, actually. Although I guess now we won’t be playing the game of post-restrictor alignment.
we probably shouldn't have played that game anyway:
Roles in this game were RNGd to their affiliation, so knowing role name and ability alone will not give you a fabulous idea of affiliation.

Increasingly unconvinced? As in, you weren't unconvinced when you voted? (Woah double negative)

I voted her because I wanted to push her into talking since she’d literally only posted once all game, and I thought her only post was a little weird since there were already votes on WZ. I didn’t necessarily think she was wolfy just from that one post, but I am really weak at reading quiet people and I wanted to hear more from her to see if that was weird or not. Never played with her before, didn’t know that she refuses to be pressure lynched, and then when she did start posting, nothing she said made me want to unlynch.

My go to vote would’ve been sporty, but I don’t want to be in a situation where i am putting them well into the lead.

At work and with the way that I am pretty much working 20 hours in 30 hours, I am not going to be around much until tomorrow night.

********lynch Miz********

She shouldn’t be lynched today, but she is already on my wolfdar

Sent from my iPhone using SDN mobile
Why? Since you can read her so we'll? (You probably already answered this huh?)

unlynch jboo
lynch Nav

That post about Miz gave me yucky feels. Tone shift from last game
Didn't you listen to his sermon??? He changes tone every game intentionally so we can never read him. Anytime we think we know anything about him we are wrong! We must now down and accept his word as law!

I mean you take an anatomy book in there with you or...?

okay so now that I've caught up: cool. Everyone thinks it's a good idea to lynch me strictly on the basis that I:
1) Didn't call dubz "mom"
2) haven't posted.... because I haven't read the thread... so they're lynching me.... which I won't see, until I read the thread...?
Hey! I haven't lynched you for that I just said it was interesting

This post is weird

MEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I don't like this very much. Not because of the vote, just because of the tone.

Quoting this to evaluate later but also because the bolded is BAD NOOZ. Pippy has plenty of ability to follow her logic as a wolf, and that alone shouldn't make her seem okay. I think this post makes me lean Doggo wolf.

*squint*

170 degrees. Pippy is more astute than this. Which somehow makes me give her a village point here, even though I never like doing that.

Why?

how many games have you played with jboo?

I hate these and idk if I hate drunk miz or if this is drunk wolfy miz. The second one in particular sounds so forced, in a way that would make me want to flip Nav if miz flips wolf.
I like most of this

So what do you do when the water gets cold? redirect? turn off for 10 minutes?
Just scooted my chair so I wasn’t under the water any more and waited for it to heat up again! Now that I have to pay my own utilities in my apartment I don’t have the luxury of doing that lol. When I had my jaw surgery two months ago, you can bet I totally milked getting that shower chair back for all it was worth hahaha

How many surgeries/things have you broken??

Just the hip (twice- fell off a horse and got screws put in it, then again to get the screws out- they make a lovely windchime on our Christmas tree!!) and very recently jaw (which was planned)! I was pretty much injury-free throughout childhood and made it to 17 without breaking anything, but when I finally did, oh man did I do it real good.

Dang girl! I like the screw wind chime idea 😉

I sang the entire Wicked soundtrack... twice. Not my finest hour(s).

If you’re luxky enough to live in an apartment the sky is the limit!

My life right now and it is glorious

My house I just bought is on well water. RIP me come June because I don't know how to have short showers anymore
How many surgeries/things have you broken??
We had a tankless water heater in our last house and I can't wait until we have enough saved to put one in this house. Never run out of hot water again!
