Not convinced she’s true claiming what her item does or what it interacts with? Why would scum even put it out there and put a spotlight on themselves if they were fake claiming something they’d have no way of knowing is true or not. What if there’s a 3p out there that knows their role doesn’t convert? They’d immediately know she was lying. It just seems like a really far fetched play to think a bad player would make on night 1.

Her posts just scream slightly lost townie that wants to be helpful and give the only info she has. Especially the connections she made from it. I really believe she’s just town.

I agree. I'm village reading her.
I’m thinking more about mechanics and red herrings and she might not have the smoking gun she thinks she has.

Sure but if you've already hinted you have info about conversions then there is already a target on your back.
 
Its the same as being like "I have a PR! don't kill me!" but not saying anything else. At that point you've already given wolves enough info to want to kill you, and increased your risk of dying and taking whatever other useful info you had to the grave
 
Like they have a role that means they cant be converted. thats not something groupscum is gonna prioritise either. None of these people are dying

Ok so if they have some dumb red herring and it baits a kill thats fine too. Like Sakurraaa can decide how much they want to reveal and I wont belabour the point to death in the thread past this but i'd recommend claiming anything they want to claim in the daylight

I’m trying to piece together enough information to see if it is a red herring or if it’s a real concern.

Anyway, I'll go back further if needed but yeah I really disagree that I have a habit of reading you correctly. Plus, given your response to me voting you is so different here than it was in Melee and PokeWWon, I'm feeling... Strange about it.

I know me and Kay are being a bit annoying about that, its just an ethos thing based on where we are from and the other social deduction games we have played where its a big deal

There's varying opinions on it here as well, I just think some things are either unlikely to be useful to or unlikely to be surprising to wolves but may help village figure out the game sooner and also make our own night action decisions. It's up to player discretion. Sharing things during the night cycle is not uncommon here.

Ugh okay I’m not sure how much I like this but maybe the extended night (I wondered what took so long) was to get a choice from samac since she had to replace in when night was ending. Tinfoil, sure, but I’m not discounting it as a possibility, though it may be less likely now.

It wasn't an extended night? We just do everything manually here, so if we close at 9 PM, we don't get things posted exactly at 9. Nothing is automated.

What extended night?

We don't know exactly when samac was asked to sub in so I think that level of speculation is not only useless but also hinges on angleshooting.

I mean... I'm sure you would be able to. But my point is your reaction to me being suspicious of you (BEFORE I even voted you) was essentially treating it as though it's super odd for me to have suspicion toward you. And now you're treating me voting for you as scummy, when I've already shown the recent history. It rings untrue for me.
 
Anyway! Setting the discussion with samac aside:
Looking forward to a state of the union (isn't that what it's called?) from the mayors, assuming they live. Would like to see more engagement from mkg personally.
If there's a wolf in KJQ/Greedy, I think it's more likely to be Greedy.
Vote movements EOD yesterday make me think there was a wolf in contention with fruit so I'm fine with pressure on mads and would like to see how she responds to it.

There’s something in my brain I think since Supernatural that has you on the good Samac reading side.
I guess I’ve made excuses for it based on my own play when you’ve sused me.
This is the most authentically me I’ve been in a while so I guess I’m surprised.
 
But as I sit here and think about it PSV’s argument of “I read you wrong all the time you’re wrong” is a little different from the “I think I’m right and you’re wolfing”
So that’s something I’m chewing on

Yes but it took like an extra 45 minutes past when day should’ve started (past the hour when NA were supposed to be submitted/resolved) to actually start the day. Thats all I’m saying. Maybe it’s paranoia or a wrong mod-meta read but my impatience was real because I was worried someone might’ve died and I just wanted the day to start so we could play.

It’s not something I’ll continue to solve with but I am going to note my suspicion here. And I’m sure the mods are ready to yell at me to not look into things like that in order to solve but I do believe they’d say that to protect a 3p from being outted for that specific situation happening since that would suck for a 3p.

So we can all forget it and drop it. Just wanted to express my perspective on a possibility.

Yes I’m happy. That means you had ample time to submit a night action. That’s good to know.
 
I do not permit players to sub in in the middle of a cycle, fyi.

Also, angleshooting is frowned upon (as stated in the rules 😉 ).

If y'all want to collectively agree to submit actions by 8 PM, then we can aim more for closes to be exactly at 9, but you're going to lose an hour of play somewhere along the way, whether it's that we cut off submissions an hour early, or we expect about an hour for us to process everything. This game has a lot of moving parts we have to account for, and those writeups don't write themselves.

Unlike PaWWsta, the game that wrote itself™
 
To be fair the rules as written state it wont help you, not that it's directly against them. So like I think we can all move on and not worry about it in general
