This was the point that sorta swayed me off TME last night. Iirc from skimming before deadline (mostly from a little general aviation aircraft while it practiced manuvers, sigh) Bread's claim didn't get the same reception. We'll see as I go.

I don't get what you mean for me to feel better. I'm trying to understand what's going on.

But wolves do that too, try to push a misyeet hard, and then back off for various reasons.

Seems the top 3 contenders yesterday were all village (myself, TME, Bread).

I think zenge was the main wolfy driver, in the sense that he introduced my name as an option and then let it run. Dy jumped on board with the first actual vote, which could have been wolfy if zenge had flipped village, but I don't think the wolves would've risked both starting the conversation and the actual votes.

I'll need to reexamine if anyone else was subtly shading me worth notng

I have my own suspicions about cover roles existing in this game, but this is not one I would suspect to be used. Although one of the main villains transforms into this character often. Something to ponder later I think

OK, need to get to where I see all of this, but it is helping assauge my Dy concerns.

Sorry Dy. These are just the questions I needed to answer in trying to figure this out.

In some ways you have been acting as a "village leader" as far as how vocal and strong your opinions have been, and it's possible this is v vs v. Which can be bad but if it gets resolved can end up building a bloc.

Yeah I don't want to get too bogged down in mechanics at this point. There's a lot of assumptions that can be made. I also doubt that Uravity would be a cover role like samac and dy said.

Why Bread?

He was the other player besides myself that seemed favored for a yeet yesterday. As I explained, wasn't feeling TME's yeet when I felt she was the only one not misinterpreting what I had said to yeet me, and although I was concerned that it was wolfy support, but with some players having consensus her claim wasn't likely a cover role, decided to give her another day. Bread on the other hand, at the time I voted, hadn't claimed and from my perspective hadn't done much to appear village.

D1 I was quick to give someone more time for a claim that seemed reasonable according to more than one player, and also didn't have a lot of time to parse out the decision given my circumstances. If I'm doing a sort of snap decision blind yeet (as it kinda was for me yesterday trying to keep up and digest) early on I'd rather give the claim some time to be resolved over the MIA player. It's not the first time I've backed off because of a claim. I will be the first to be very sus of a claim, but when it comes down to it that is more about being sure to re-eval than it is not hesitating to pull the trigger (meaning I will still hesitate)

Honestly it's just because I have multiple days of bad feelings on TME compared to just like one day of bad feelings from Bread, so I feel worse about TME at this point but would definitely yeet bread if he was here and still sketching it up

See Zenge here trying to discredit both TME and Bread's claims. Possibly not enjoying 2 top yeet contenders for the day maybe claiming their way out and wanting to stamp on it.

I don’t think so.

Too much that is vague in Bread's claim. Little consensus and too many questions. Given the choice between TME's claim and Bread's, decided TMEs was going to have to be the one I honored. Not enough time for me to parse out where to move instead and not have myself at risk (I value my own village life over any unproven claim. I might use unproven claims to prioritize who besides myself should be yeeted, but that analysis rarely will lead to my putting myself in danger).

And from my perspective TME was being more valuable than Bread at the time.

I was trying to make sure that you, Dy, the one saying that AM was the one who caught Zenge in response to my wondering if AM was trying to get me and TME yeeted, wasn't also the one shading AM for catching Zenge anyway.

I have unfortunately seen a few things out of order in the thread. Untill I have done PbPa and left a trail of likes (both ways anyone can see exactly where I am in thread if they wanted) I just haven't seen everything and fully processed.

I thought I caught someone trying to say AM could still be a wolf despite catching Zenge, and trying to recall who. I will eventually see. But despite that I can still wonder what it means for AM and for whoever said it.

can't speak for dy but while I know you like pbp analysis and it's entertaining to watch, with as many big reveals as have happened in the last 24 hrs it makes you look out of touch with game state and some of your comments can come across as wolfy because it looks like you're trying to throw suspicion in places that have already been decently well resolved

Just interesting that it seems some of the players "resisting" vote movement most from what I can tell, included Zenge, Dubz, and SP, when it looks like only villagers were up for vote, and one is flipped wolf and others have sus on them today, perhaps rightfully. You could argue if only villagers were up for vote yesterday, that the wolves shouldn't care and should be happy to move around, but in practice when you have 2/3 top village misyeet contenders claiming with 15 to go and multiple wagons have formed and dissolved, may not be where wolves are wanting to engage with any sudden changes and fear losing control of wagons.

Want to second Lupin that a weird push from WZ on yourself (when you know you're village) is sometimes one of the few and best clues that she's wolfing. That's going to be easier for the person being pushed on to tell since they know their aff, than it might be for a 3rd party to catch unless they feel pretty sure about the Aff of who is being pushed on.
