I don't think the first bolded is that out there.

So why would they kill an easy village target?" is the thought process that makes it seem like a non-wolf vig shot. We can WIFOM that it would be a bad play for wolves, so JJJ could do it as a wolf to claim village cred, but then we're getting into meta land and "what ifs" that get pretty messy.

So Occam's Razor: JJJ is most likely village who vigged someone who was high sus as wolf by village, so village doesn't waste a vote cycle on them.

Wolves typically get their factional kill. Sometimes wolves get an extra kill like a vig or strongarm. I guess it's possible that it wouldn't be 1x, but if it were a 1x extra kill then it could be easily claimed as a village vig shot knowing they aren't doing double kills later.
