I agree! I hope at least they send an update email about what the situation is looking like even if there are more delays just so we know what we can expect given the current situation.
 
I guess this weekend?? I just wish we had an update on whether or not we’ll still hear by the 15th.
 
The Michigan governor just announced today to close all K-12 schools so I imagine this will add to the burden on admissions/admin as people need to figure out how they are going to home school their children. Completely understandable, of course, given the current state of affairs. The number of confirmed cases in Michigan went from 2 to 12 in two days, so I'd be surprised if they released decisions over the weekend.
 
I’d honestly be surprised if we hear next week either because it’s probably going to be even more chaotic - with more tests being distributed and inevitably increasing number of positive cases. 😕

It seems like things have been escalating quickly and hopefully everything has settled/died down come summer time. But it’s a little unsettling that schools have begun cancelling graduations because it’s a mystery what summer is going to look like. Or maybe they know something we don’t 😛
 
Wow, good for Michigan! I hope other vet schools follow suit. #57 on the waitlist but as you guys know I'll be declining. Even so, how has the OOS waitlist moved in the past?

Waitlisters - don't panic. I was #36 and was pulled only 3 days after the deposit deadline. I'm pretty sure it made it into the low 50s last years, and 80s the year before.

Sure thing!! But when it comes to sports, Spartan will be the biggest rival of mine 😉

This was for the OOS waitlist? If so this raises my spirits a bit. Currently waitlisted at 60 :/

OOS waitlist. IS moves wayyyy less. Hopefully with the crazy circumstances this year it will move further for your guys.
 
Congrats to those accepted and hang in there to those waitlisted! I was OOS waitlisted last year pretty far down on the list and I know the feeling of disappointment all too well.
